A few days ago I moved. I was surprised by the very understanding staff. We just had to start our journey as I remembered the prepared box of things in the garage. The guys were not confused, they turned the truck and we returned for the things left behind. There was no displeasure or high tone. The company left only a positive impression.

Best Long Distance Move

We had a fantastic experience with Eagle Moving Group Inc from when we asked for a quote to when we filled the container. There was constant follow-up, clarity, and transparency throughout, instant responsiveness. This is not our first Long Distance move, but the experience stood out as by far the best, in terms of quality, cost, transparency, and efficiency.

These guys did everything.

These guys did everything right, from the initial contact to the final walk-through. Professional, courteous, and efficient. They cared for our belongings as if they were their own. And, they were still smiling at the end of a brutal day of work. I can not recommend them enough. You can trust them with your move.

The move went smoothly.

The owner of the company came by to provide the estimate which was fair and never changed like many moving companies often do. The move itself went smoothly, with the guys moving us showing up on time and taking care not to damage any items or property. We would recommend it to anyone in search of an honest and reasonable moving company.

DO NOT USE

I had an extremely negative experience with Eagle Moving Group. During a cross-country move from Colorado to Maryland, the salesman, Scott, was incredibly deceptive. The initial estimate excluded inventory that I had discussed with the salesmen and was significantly lower than the amount the movers charged upon arrival. They were misleading about timelines, such that the entire move took weeks longer than anticipated. At some point, the salesman stopped taking our calls altogether.

Punctual and professional!

They were exceptional, Punctual, and professional. I would highly recommend this company to everyone. They came right on time and were fast, friendly, and efficient. The guys were very nice and helpful. The movers were very friendly, and courteous, and maintained a positive attitude throughout.

HIghly Recommended

It was a big move for us. Naturally, we worry about our stuff which includes priceless art collections and motorcycles. Everything arrived in perfect condition and exactly on time. There were many details to cover, but they made it super easy. But most important was the price. We have quoted with two other companies but beat them. Highly recommended.

Despite the poor weather, I appreciate all the efforts you took to respect and safeguard our property while moving. Really appreciate it, guys. You guys rock, dudes. I heartily endorse this business to anybody searching for skilled, affable, and reasonably priced moving services.

DO NOT USE!! I was very specific on how much furniture we had, they lied on the inventory for a lower price, never called the second time to go over the inventory again, were originally sending a company that could not be pulled up on the internet and said they’d send info on their company and never did then didn’t return 2 phone calls for scheduling when we talked to an actual person. I asked for another company which ended up double charging for the move because of the poor inventory job done by Eagle. Since we ended up having to pay double we now don’t have the money to pay for the shuttle because apparently a semi won’t drive onto my moms road. Instead of the $5800 estimate given to us by Eagle, we have to pay almost $13,000 to have my elderly mothers belongings delivered. No resolution has been reached and Eagle has made no attempt at one. I have talked to 4 different customer service representatives, 2 were very friendly and I hope they move to better companies because they are very nice, the other 2 were rude, condescending and extremely unprofessional.

Cross Country Moving

This is a Broker..they do not move you but sub contract...they are liers and once they get you signed up totally ignore you..I have been waiting since Sept 28 to get my furniture and have been told it could be another 7 to 9 days. You Do Not Want to Use these crooked people.. They are totally unprofessional and only out to SCAM You...
