Abysmal service
They recommended the worst moving company. They were late, and communication was abysmal. I would not suggest it to anyone. They are really prompt to take your cash but when it's the opposite thing they avoid your calls your emails, furthermore I had to pay an extra $1500 because Eagle Movingwas nearly 300 cubic feet short.
Can't get in touch with anyone to cancel.
I was assured two days ago that if I booked with them, I could cancel my relocation within 10 days with no penalty. Now that I can't reach anyone, I called the number I first dialed, which says that I was on the phone with them for almost an hour. He claims it never happened. No one responds to the phone numbers I was provided from the receipt. They have already deducted $2205 from my account. Complete swindle.

DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY! I hired them to transport my stuff across the country and they were supposed to pick everything up last Friday. My father waited all day at the pick-up location, but they never arrived. I received calls from the firm stating that the movers were an hour away, or that it had been pushed back a little, but they never arrived. They also did not call or follow up with me on Saturday to find out what was going on. On Saturday, I tried calling the company number, but it indicated they were closed on weekends. I called back on Monday to find out why my movers had not arrived. They ended up at the wrong address, and no one ever phoned or tried to make things right. The firm recognized their error and stated that the movers will arrive today. They were expected to arrive between 2-4 p.m., but it's now 7 p.m. and they haven't arrived. I was told to text the after-hours line if anything came up I texted them twice today and have not received a response- I have had my phone glued to my hip since Thursday and have not received an email, call, or text to help resolve this situation. The only way I hear from anyone is if I phone, and I usually have to wait an hour since they have 40 other people waiting to speak with them. I am expecting a complete refund for services that were not provided.

Avoid doing business with this company. Its customer service is terrible; they promise to pick up on a specific day but never show up and never call or email the consumer with specifics... They have no difficulty accepting my money as a deposit, but I'm still waiting for a driver to contact me after three days... I guess they don't care about my move because it's only 3,000 bucks... Don't use this company, stay away, and don't believe them... I'll keep posting negative evaluations every week until I'm pleased...
Dreadful service
I'd give it a 0 if I could. The daughter was on the schedule. Today is the last day of the move-out window, and she must vacate her flat. After no contact other than us calling, we were finally informed that they cx the route. We now have to rent a Uhaul and transfer her out of her apartment TODAY, as well as find another moving company! Stay as far away from them as possible.
So you underestimated the scale of the move?
This is the worst firm I could have chosen to call. They're so deceitful and disrespectful. They gave me a moving estimate of $3281.95 for my out-of-state move. the agent I spoke with, told me that if I signed and gave him my bank account information for the deposit of $1198 while he was on the phone, he would give me a $300 discount, making my estimate $2981.95, which I naively did. A large red flag. I tried calling these individuals again a few days later because I had questions and wanted to add a washer and dryer. It took several tries to get through, "you are caller in line," and they never gave me a straight response, instead forwarding my phone to someone else who indicated someone will call me.
Don't spend your time and your money!
Everything appeared to be fine when we first booked and had our belongings brought up. After then, everything went downhill. They give you an estimated delivery time of up to 21 business days; expect it to take the full length of time. Due to weekends and vacations, my items did not arrive until 6 weeks later. They blame the length on the industry's downturn and inability to locate drivers; as a firm, you should plan ahead of time and not take on more work than you can handle or extend the estimated time. When my belongings finally arrived, they were all damaged by smoke and water/mold. We had to have everything delivered to our driveway since otherwise our entire house would have smelled like a blaze. I got no warning from the company about this, and I only found out because the driver told us. We were also advised from the driver that the business wanted to charge us an additional $800. I'm not sure why they wanted to charge us more, but the driver was gracious enough not to force us to pay. I was really disappointed that my products were ruined after a month and a half of waiting and that no one alerted us before delivery. So, of course, I phone Eagle Moving to see what they can do for me, and I'm sent in a vicious circle of dialing different numbers in an attempt to reach someone. They have been attempting to assist me in resolving this issue. I've spent around 3 hours this week alone on hold, waiting to be disconnected or sent to voicemail. It's been two weeks since my stuff arrived, and I haven't received a single phone contact or email from anyone other than the BBB. I propose that you don't be tricked by their "low prices" and instead shop elsewhere. Almost every single genuine review I've read has a customer complaining that the company tried to charge them more money before delivery. I was certain that I had chosen a reputable organization to handle my relocation. Now I'm stuck with no furniture because it was all ruined, and everything I'd had since I was a youngster had to be thrown away due to mildew or smoke damage. Take extreme caution when reading "good" reviews. You'll see that the majority of them are posted on the same day and shortly after someone provided a poor review. In that regard, the organization is astute; they ensure that negative reviews are suppressed while maintaining a high rating.

These people literally do daylight robbery (they scam you) they force you to book their services and once booked they don’t show up. A person named nick allan assisted me, he lied about the estimate and cancellation policy. They are worst worst worst.

I was estimated $5,300 for a 120-item transfer from New York to Florida. They charged me $9,000 for 130 items by the time the transfer was completed. Please be aware that they are dishonest and fraudulent. They have you after you pay a deposit on the initial quote. If you cancel, you will lose your deposit. This has to be a fraud. They make the argument that there were more cubic feet, but based on the products list, they should be able to come much closer than a 70% price rise.
Interstate move
I chose the company based on the positive feedback. Boy, I was incorrect. This organization is so unprofessional that they don't contact you; currently, my stuff has been sitting at a warehouse since April 27 2021, waiting to be delivered out to Tennessee. I have not received a call as to when I will receive my stuff as of yet. I have made multiple calls and have not received a call back from the corporate office. I do not suggest using this company to relocate any of your belongings.

Companies that transport household goods like Eagle Moving Group Inc have to register annually with the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. The Bureau of Compliance is the responsible regulatory authority that manages intrastate movers. Movers should be registered with the FMCSA to operate interstate.
