Moving Nightmare
They arrived a day early. The movers insisted on a $800 dollar tip up front. My stuff arrived extra late. I NEVER received any updates by phine or in writing. But to top off the nightmare. They left our stuff outside in the snow after being paid. Had to call the police 3 times. They told the police they'd bring items inside and left once the police left they left. Lastly Joseph blocked our call after we told him what happened. He was the broker who signed us up.
Great Company, A+. California to Texas
After dealing with the professional and courteous representative from this company I was actually really impressed with the stress free move they provided. Very honest and upfront about all costs. It went well and I got my moneys worth. Definitely would use them again. After reading all these other reviews I can tell someone is trying to hurt this company. They clearly have someone out for them. Regardless, my move went very well. Happy customer here.
Move from Wa. to NM
I’ve been waiting nearly 8 weeks for my belongings! Calling the company gets you nowhere. If you receive a call back at all they are ready with excuses about road conditions, weather, lack of trucks and few drivers. I’m preparing to file a claim with the FMCSA as well as involving the Attorneys General of Wa. and NM for their practices. I’ve paid all that they asked for and MORE, but after all this time their “promise” of $20 per day credit seems absurd. I fear I may have lost a lifetime of family memories.
Criminal
If displaying a negative value of stars was an option, I would have picked that. Criminal company that took advantage of my elderly parents and disabled brother. Charged them 12,000, did not move everything, did not make any attempt to try. Then they pressured my 77 year old father to accept 300 dollars as compensation for only doing about half of what was promised. Here is the entire story: To Whom This May Concern, We contracted with your company to move us from Iowa to Missouri, in December. We have received a bill which expects us to pay in full, but your company did not fully move us. My daughter and son have asked you multiple times to address this issue, by letter and by phone. A record of what went wrong during this move can be found in the emails below. Here is a summary: · The crew was only two people, and they did not allot enough time to pack the house. · They did not have enough supplies to pack the items we were moving. · The truck was not big enough to fit all of the items we were moving. · The crew left large items that could not be moved in a regular vehicle later (by US). · Communication regarding loading and unloading the truck was poor. During my son’s last phone call, I was offered $300 off of my bill. This is a severely low amount of money to be taken off of my bill. Not only did it NOT address the extra hotel stay, extra trip, and people who helped us, it does NOT cover the cost of the UHaul rental or the cost of our time that we spent cleaning up what we hired you to do. I do not believe you could have been surprised by the amount of items that we moved. It is therefore ridiculous for you to expect me to pay the full bill and that you could refused to adequately address this earlier. To Whom This May Concern, I am writing because you have not responded appropriately or fully to the complaint that I sent on December 23. I included this initial complaint, below. Additionally, my family has not yet heard back from you after my brother, called you regarding this situation. At that time, he was told he would hear back in a few days. He did not, so he called again on December 31, and nobody could answer his questions. I am attaching a few pictures of the items that my family had to drive five hours (one direction) to pick up when they finally could make the trip on December 31. You will notice that there are many items. They are unpacked, because your company did not send sufficient materials or personnel to even pack their home even though that service was paid for. My parents, do not wish to receive a phone call of apology from your customer service department, though the folks there were very nice. They expect to hear back from a person who will offer financial reimbursement for the job your company did not finish on December 23. My dad is tending to my mom, whose declining health has only worsened during this botched move, and this is why I am composing this letter. I don’t know who messed up over there, but this situation is very bad. My family is truly wonderful, and they did not deserve for your company to treat their move like this.

Damn! I wish I would have read these reviews before falling for this company's crap?
Can anyone tell me if this company steal your items? Or, will they eventually deliver? This company was happy to take my money as I see in other reviews. However, it was a nightmare trying to secure a pickup date, but that day finally came. Although the movers seems professional, two could not speak English. I did not care since these two gentlemen worked hard. However, the items have not been delivered so I am wondering if this company takes your money and steals your items?
Company that commits fraud
They give you a low quote and then a third-party mover gives you a charge that is twice lmao what a simple business. I'd like to open the same one and eat your deposit. And you'll never be able to find me. Lol, a horrible company with shitty customer service and a shitty mover. If you notice my review disappear with another company, please let me know. Don't pretend I didn't warn you.
Nightmare move.
This organization is Eagle Moving. Can't tell you where your shipment is, even sending movers to pick it up. Find someone else to save yourself a huge headache, this is a scam company, con artist, fraudsters, thieves||!! Do not put your faith in them! .
A company's scam
Please be cautious and avoid doing business with this firm! They are a con. They will feed you a slew of lies before taking your money and fleeing. We are a military family who engaged this company to handle our relocation. They gave us a lot of quotes and pretended to be a moving company, even acting as if they were on the phone with their dispatch. We then discovered that they were merely a brokerage firm. They offered us a quotation and then engaged the shadiest firm they could find. They sent criminals to our house who didn't even have a driver's license since they couldn't enter the military base. Eagle Moving, the firm they hired, tried to charge us an additional $11,000 when we were only supposed to pay $3000. We had to rent a vehicle and drive across the nation by ourselves. Now, a month later, despite the fact that Eagle Moving breached their contract, they refuse to refund us! Please avoid doing business with this company.
