They are a joke.

This firm should never be used. We were misled from the start. I requested a move/delivery date, which the firm agreed to. I was notified two days before the move that the delivery date would be selected and would be at least two weeks after the given date. This is after they had charged me half the money and I couldn't find another mover quick enough. For 17 days, my family had no furniture (including beds), and the firm couldn't care less. They refused to provide any explanations or work to get the furniture delivered on the agreed-upon date. I was eventually offered a $250 reduction for the work to unload, but it didn't even cover the full labor needed, so I had to pay extra for that. They lack the resources, ability, and drive to compete with other firms, and I advise against employing them.

My friend moved from Pennsylvania to Florida and hasn’t received her items and cannot get a location on them either. Scammed her into paying more money when they arrived. Almost 2 months later and she hasn’t received her items yet. Please avoid at all costs.

Terrible company they steal your stuff and money! DO NOT USE! It’s been 3 months and at this point ive given up on trying to locate my things and start over. Very heartbreaking and the company is unresponsive. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY BY ANY MEANS!!!

Terrible moving company

Please don’t waste your time and money on this company. They were awful lost all of my belongings and then kept telling me they were arriving and never did. Still missing 6 weeks later!! I asked for photos of my stuff and they then refused to send pictures.

Friend unfortunately chose this co to move from PA to FL….about 6 weeks ago. SHE IS STILL WAITING FOR HER BELONGINGS!!!! They give her every excuse in the book as to why she doesn’t have her things…won’t let her come get them…drivers suddenly getting Covid…..won’t send her pics proving they still have her things. DO NOT USE THEM! I repeat….DO NOT USE THIS SHADY LYING “COMPANY”!!!

4157667368 for a good lawyer. This company is a scam and will steal your stuff lie and lie again. I believe they are a criminal entreprise being run by conmen. I hired them with my wife to move from CA to florida, low and behold my stuff is no where to be found.

I contacted them in june to move me from CA to florida its a 2 bedroom. First they showed up loaded my stuff then claimed it would be a higher charge. I refused , they took my stuff and had it in a warehouse for months wtf!!! Thank goodness I found a lawyer that helped me get everything back!!!! Worst mover in existence. They lied to me and damaged the stuff they dismantled. I protested to the firm, and they denied causing the damages. I responded to their email, and they ignored me; to this day, they have not responded. So I protested to the BBB, and they lied in every response, which was all copied and paste copies, so the BBB just dismissed the case after a time.

Never Showed/Refused Refund

No call no show and refuse to give deposit back!! First stated the bank was holding the refund which was a lie and now refuses the refund altogether and hung the phone up on me. FRAUD DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM! They lie, cheat and hang up on you!!!!!!!!!!!

Scam

What a disaster !!!! Do not use this company, over the phone they will diligently do an inventory and then quote you a price, then the movers show up, blame the office for a bad quote, walk through your house, tell you the office underestimated your quantity and increase your price on the spot by 40%. We cancelled our move, requested a refund and All Coast is telling me I am wrong. I noticed from other reviews that Vince was involved in many poor reviews, he was the guy that took our deposits too, and now won't refund us. Let's not forget Robert, the quality control guy who confirmed our inventory and took our second deposit. Learn from our experience, run as fast as you can from this company.
