Terrible
This is the first time I have ever written a negative review before. This company is horrible. They contract out your move to another company but then never follow up with them or give you contact info for that moving company. I called them repeatedly asking for delivery updates and it turns out that my stuff was ready to be moved the whole time but they never called the mover.
ABSOLUTE SCAM
I hired All Coast Moving group to move my personal belongings 6 hours away to my new house they instead brokered my contract to a scam moving company thays only been around for a year called Blue Diamond Movers in kansas city Missouri, it has been 3 weeks and my girlfriend and I still have not received our personal belongings cause the company Allcoast hired without my consent and after taking my money has been illegally withholding my property and is refusing to give back still to this day....I am not at wits end ti having to get an attorney to sue Allcoast and Blue diamond movers to making this such a dreadful and awful experience.

Deceptive and unethical
My encounter with this moving BROKER was nothing short of a disaster. To add insult to injury, they manipulated their contract terms to deny me the refund I was rightfully entitled to. I want to emphasize this warning to others, shedding light on their predatory tactics and lack of accountability. After a family emergency, I decided to cancel my move within the three-day window permitted by their contract for a full refund. I canceled, by email, within the three-day period allotted in their contract. However, after more than a week of failing to hear back from All Coast Moving, I repeatedly called the company. (Note that their customer service largely gets routed to a call center that cannot assist you, but will take notes on your complaint and send it to customer service). After finally getting hold of customer service, I was first told that I only “paused” my move/put my move “on hold” – I did no such thing, and referred customer service to the email I sent. The customer service representative stated “oh I see your email, you should be eligible for refund, I will have the billing department email you.” Did I receive an email or contact from billing? No. And this is where things get worse… To my disbelief, All Coast Moving next claimed that I had cancelled a contract set for 10 days of the first pickup date, rendering me ineligible for any refund. I signed up on July 10th and the first pickup date was scheduled for July 24th. The timeline they provided was suspiciously crafted to ensure I fell outside the refund eligibility period. I had signed up for their services on July 10th, and the first pickup date was scheduled for July 24th, precisely 10 business days later. This conveniently aligned with their claim that my cancellation occurred within 10 business days, allowing them to withhold my deposit without any recourse. It became painfully apparent that this company preys on the anxiety and uncertainty of would-be movers, using deceptive practices to protect their interests at the expense of their customers. They deliberately create an illusion of transparency during the signing process, only to later invoke hidden clauses and manipulative timelines to their advantage. This entire experience has left me feeling taken advantage of and utterly disillusioned. Their blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and ethical business practices is abhorrent and should serve as a warning to anyone considering engaging their services. I strongly advise against dealing with this deceitful moving broker. They exploit loopholes in their contract to deny rightful refunds and actively avoid accountability for their subpar services. It is essential to be cautious and vigilant when choosing a moving company – and one should NEVER use a moving broker… see a comments below –I hope my review helps others steer clear of falling into the same trap. Trustworthy moving companies do exist; All Coast Moving is not one of them.
DO NOT HIRE!
DO NOT WORK WITH ALL COAST MOVING GROUP! These 5-star Google reviews are fake to keep their ratings up. If you really want to understand what kind of company All Coast is, read the reviews on BBB https://www.bbb.org/us/fl/boca-raton/profile/moving-brokers/all-coast-moving-group-llc-0633-90591783 - I honestly don’t know how this company is getting away with such unethical business practices. If the quote sounds too good to be true, I promise it is. They will source out to a carrier and the carrier will attempt to charge you triple the quote even though you provided a detailed inventory to All Coast for them to provide the most “accurate” quote possible. We reviewed our inventory 3 times with our broker and he promised we were getting the closest possible estimate. Also your broker who was so kind and responsive to lock in the most “accurate” quote will disappear off the earth after rushing your through the contractual process via the phone (Brandon Bailey, I don’t know how you sleep at night). We sent the carrier away and canceled and will be moving ourselves via UHaul. I urge anyone considering this company to trust the negative reviews.

Not trusworthy took my deposit and sold my info to a worst place ever they didnt move me its a Broker will not return my call afterwords I had to get a uhaul to actually move over half my stuff there quote ment nothing not worth the pain. I was told to seek legal advice by other movers
Deceiving.
My husband and I were very excited to use this company for our big move across country. When we first spoke with them, they quoted us one price that were were happy with (about $2800) so we moved forward with them and gave them a deposit. The gal Alexis was super kind and friendly. A week or so before our move, they called us to verify our items and we did need to add a few more to the inventory. Therefore causing the estimate to increase to $3900. Another deposit of $750 was required. We were so ready for our move, and it was concerning me a little about the lack of communication. I didn't receive a confirmation that the truck was coming for sure, what time, etc.. Thankfully, they got back to me, I just wish there was a bit more communication. THE DAY OF OUR MOVE, the movers call us to tell us that they are on their way and arrived 30 minutes prior to the scheduled time. They take a look around and said that it's going to cost **another** $3500 in addition to the $3900 that was previously quoted. We felt deceived and the movers were explaining how they are a third party, which we totally understood. But for the estimate to increase from $3900 to $7k+ was QUITE ridiculous. I asked the movers to step out for a minute and I called U-Haul, and they had were able to service us for a very affordable rate for our move across country. We cancelled services with the movers and called All Coast Moving Group to confirm the cancellation, and the girl hung up on me! About an hour later, a guy from All Coast Moving Group calls me to see if there were other options we could do, I told him no thank you and that we already found someone else. He told me that someone else will be calling me for feedback, and I asked them that there was no need. Over the next hour, they kept calling! My husband was very skeptical of this company because of reviews and experiences he had found on reddit. I was confident in them, and unfortunately he was right. We spent more money than needed for our move.
For the love of god, Trust the 1 star reviews
This company will steal your money. Everything the 1 star reviews are saying is completely true. Hired them to move our home and upon arrival they tripled the price and said they were charging us for items we were told would not have any extra charges. Told them to leave and had absolutely no resolution from their fake customer service. Please also visit the better business bureau (BBB) and read the reviews there. Please, Please, Please do not hire this company, we were taken for $1,700 and feel lucky they didn't take us for more.
good job
They did a real good job and I got nothing to complain about with this team because they really just knew how to make this happen with no problems.I had a move from Carbondale PA to Frewsburg New York and I was worried about my things since it was such a long distance move, but they made sure everything made it in one piece!
DONT WAIT, HIRE THIS TEAM NOW
they did a fantastic job. Being from a small town in West Virginia I didnt have many options for a long distance move. Luckily I found this team and they were professional and capable of making anything happen. I am so happy I found them and you will be too!
Terrible experience
Very disappointed with the service. The moving group that loaded my items showed up 1 hr later than the 4 hr window I was given and told at the time of pick up that I had too much stuff so I could either pay $1000 more or they could leave it there. I was told my move would take 1-7 days to deliver based on mileage. When I called for updates 5 and 6 days into this 7 day period, I received no response. When I called on day 7 I was told that they should be loading it today and it would be delivered in the next 2 days. This group is unresponsive unless you call angry. And when I finally did get a response they just changed all the information I was given on the original contract saying it was all just an estimate and that even though I was told my items would be moved within 7 days, legally they could take 30, so there was really nothing else I could do.
