Great team
They did pretty good from start to finish. Brad on the phone was very nice and courteous and made sure all my needs were able to be met before putting the final touches on everything. Im glad I found such a reliable team of movers to handle this especially stressful time in my life and Im also happy with how the conduct themselves.
from Savannah to Atlanta
Awesome team!
Wonderful team that really handled all the business I had with them well. First and foremost the people on the phone were very nice and gathered information quickly. When the drivers arrived I confirmed the quote I was given over the phone and everything matched up. I told them I would need to follow them to the correct address to let them in and to make sure my things made it safe and sound and they had no problem. All in all things went extremely well!
All Coast!
They were awesome! I never had such a pleasurable experience with a company before. They were very nice on the phone when I initially called them and they had a plan for every issue that could come up along the way. I am very greatful to this team for how great they were!

Wonderful team
They were amazing through and through. Chad whom I spoke with initially on the phone was very polite but also efficient at gathering information and getting everything set up so that they could have a driver on the way to me immediately. The team of movers that showed up were very fast with getting things loaded up and made sure nothing was damaged during the move and ensured the dedicates were strapped up nice and tight to make sure they wouldn't bounce around in transit. I would definitely recommend these guys to my closest friends and family.
Racist, Sexist and unprofessional movers
TLDR; Racist and Unprofessional driver jacked price after racist rant. Company didn’t do anything. All Coast Moving company is a SCAM. I had such a terrible experience with them that I decided to file a consumer complaint. That’s when I came across a video from US Department of Travel - https://www.fmcsa.dot.gov/protect-your-move/red-flags. Well, I had all the red flags mentioned in this video from the day I hired this company, I just didn’t recognize those. I had the same issue, like many others, that’s the mover was a very unprofessional company which referred to All Coast Moving company as “broker” and refused to honor the estimates. We had actually moved multiple times in last couple of years so we knew how much stuff we have and initial estimates from All Coast Moving seemed to be in the same ballpark of 600cuft. But day of the move was when our nightmare began. The driver who came to pickup or stuff came in an unmarked truck, but I didn’t realize that as a red flag. He was the most unprofessional person I have ever met. He seemed to have outdated documents and in general was very unprepared. He quoted a charge which was different than our estimates but when I called him out on that he went on a racist and sexist rant. Saying things like he doesn’t prefer to work with Indian people and telling my husband that his wife (I) needs to be humble. He joked at my expense and belittled me during entire move. He had initially mentioned that he thinks our stuff would be 20-25cuft above our estimates but after his ‘little’ rant he ended up quoting our stuff to be 50% more than estimates at 890cuft (~$1600 more). When we complained to All Coast Moving about this behavior and the estimates hike the agent Dani was sympathetic and said they will investigate. When I followed up with the manager, he took 30seconds to get their finance department to ‘review’ my complaint and decided that there is nothing wrong with drivers behavior or estimates. The logic from the manager Ryan is Gold. He said that since I don’t have any proof of drivers racist and extremely sexist rant it is just “he said she said” so they cannot do anything about it. I guess I should have asked the driver to repeat his hate speech on camera for me to gather proof. Secondly, according to Ryan when the person belittled us and loaded ALL our belongings in his truck before quoting an unusually high estimate, we should have stood up to him and refused to sign the papers. This is the classic case of keeping things as hostage. Lastly, according to him we mentioned 1 King size bed in the inventory but the pickup team dissembled the bed in 7 pieces so we should have mentioned 7 King size beds because the number of pieces in inventory and final count didn’t match which is mostly due to things getting dissembled. After this explanation they decided not to pick anymore of my calls. Funny thing is when we got our delivery we measured the space in the delivery truck where our stuff was stored and the total space, even with generous measurements from the driver, was not more than 685cuft. The driver delivering the stuff was also surprised but said that he cannot change anything as pickup driver is responsible for price quote. After that I tried calling the customer service again but they seemed to be filtering my calls. (My 1 star is only for the delivery crew which was good and delivered on time) With my detailed experience I am trying to tell All Coast Moving that it is not acceptable to have Unprofessional people in staff who are racist and sexist and make decisions driven by hate for people. In my 14 years of stay in US I had never faced such blatant hate and racist behavior. He not only looked down upon me for being Indian and being a woman but also charged us for it just because he could. All Coast Moving company even after knowing about his behavior and knowing that he jacked up the quote due to his hatred did nothing but support him.
Great service
All Coast Moving Group really saved the day for me. I had all my ducks in a row and everything packed up and ready to go and then at the very last minute I forgot I had a whole storage container that I've been keeping a bunch of stuff in and had to race over to get things handled so we could take those too. They met me over there and helped me with organizing and packing and were extremely nice the entire time!
Con Artists
These con artists sent a crew of junkies to our home who were clearly high on something and they smelled like drugs. They doubled the quoted price from Marc, the so called Operations Mgr at All Coast Moving Group, so we asked them to leave our home. We called Marc and told him what happened and without even acknowledging what we said he transferred us to customer service. The customer service lady we spoke to lacked decorum and professionalism and was so nasty she tried to hang up on my husband and myself and REFUSED to acknowledge that they sent some high random people off the street to move our things and would not give us a refund. They are scammers, especially Marc who initially assured me that I wouldn’t have the issues that I ended having. Absolute WORST company ever. Oh AND they buy fake Google reviews to bring up their ratings. They are frauds!!!
Moving with them was a tramautic experience.
They claim to be interested in your company, but then outsource the job to really inept moving companies. They added an extra $1,000 with no reason. When one obese woman in a truck arrived (who professed to having never moved anything in her life), 1/4 of my furniture was ruined. I had to physically lift everything off the truck and EVEN BUY A DOLLY. It took me 4 hours to complete. They promised white-glove treatment. Then they destroyed my entire art collection. My late grandmother's artwork, as well as three large framed images and prints. I also received a box containing the things of a stranger (car mats).
