Customer Service is terrible
They called me at the last minute to tell me they couldn't make my move that day. It was so disrespectful. Now I will lose more time and money at the hotel because of them.
Very bad customer service
They only care about your deposit and as soon as they have it they stop worrying about you or your move. When you call customer service, it's just useless.
Do Not use
They are the worst brokers. The company they subcontracted for my move disappeared with my things and they say they can't help me at all. They keep lying to me about delivery dates or asking me to contact the movers myself. It's very frustrating
Very satisfied
I have many fragile things that they packed very correctly and carefully. The whole process of the move was fast and professional. It was a positive experience.
These guys are very respectful
The entire team arrived on time and they worked very hard, they were professionals. It is the second time that we work with them and they are still amazing.
Excellent Service!!
I was worried about my stuff being nicked when I hired them, but they melted my fears fast. The professionalism was very apparent right off the bat with the speed of the communication. They were very clean too, which is really appreciated at this time(elderly mother). I didn't have to say anything at all. When all was said and done there wasn't a single scratch or nick or anything to be found. Highly recommend Cross Country Moving Group to anyone need a long-distance move. Plus the guys that did my moving were just really nice. All in all, great experience and service.

Big move, no problem
Big move, no problem My plans have shifted as a result of the outbreak. From a practical perspective, moving became a big part of these changes. I was stressed out because of my move, worried about my belongings getting damaged or stolen on top of everything else. However, turned out to be amazingly cordial! My fears went away almost as soon as I spoke to them. They know that the last thing you need to worry about was having my furniture from A to B. With my budget limited for the time being, these guys not only alleviated my fears but did so without making me worry about my bank statements. I don't think I can commend them enough.
Very confusing process, poor communication
Horrible confusing process, poor communication I spoke with Neil, who talked me into using their company for a South Florida move. He locked me in at a price that didn't properly reflect my moving inventory, so obviously inaccurate. After I booked with Neil, he ghosted and was never to be heard from again. The guys who came to pack up our house were great, but they were from a different company in Houston. Glad most of my stuff made it to FL, but not sure really what company I was dealing with, but all booking was through them.
Awful Craigslist quality for Expert price
White glove service and all other promises don’t exist with them, even if you paid for it. I sent Craigslist movers for my move. People showed up on hit truck, no tools and they were paid to assemble and disassemble furniture. Nothing was wrapped for protection. All the dressers were scratched and a dresser never showed up (assume it was broken during transport). Wanted more money after arrival ($500). If you are going to use this company, do your self a huge favor and hire someone from Craigslist for half.
from ATL to ATL
Needs ZERO stars
RUN! This place is a scam. They give you a slim quote then contract another company to do the move at a much much higher rate and expect you to pay the additional. I was forced to pay $800 more than the quote. Plus, they never gave us an accurate. STAY. AWAY.
