Excellent Customer Service

I am so grateful to have found this company! I had very little time for my move, and many other companies I had called refused to help me until I found the Cross Country Moving Group. Everything was done on time and without problems.

Do NOT consider this company

They destroyed some of my antique furniture and when I call them to try to work things out it looks like they've turned off the phone or given me the wrong number. At the end of the move, they also charged us $1000 that was not part of the price that we had agreed.

Biggest SCAM ever

The entire team of this company are scammers. I have read hundreds of reviews saying that they stole a lot of money from many of their clients.

They take care of your things as if they were theirs. Nothing was broken or damaged. I recommend Cross Country Moving Group!

22 Days and Still Waiting

Their loading and packaging service was totally a joke, it took more than 12 hours to complete the process! It's been almost a month since they picked up my things and I still don't have information about the delivery date.

Extremely Late Delivery

My experience with this company was awful. I have been living in an empty apartment for almost a week and they still do not deliver my things. I did not have any kind of explanation from the customer service agents, nor a refund for the inconvenience caused.

I don't understand how this company has such great reviews?

They lied to me, used another company to make my move, and kept my money. They also lie to you about the delivery date, that they change over and over again. When my things finally arrived, the furniture was broken, and even so, they asked us for more money to deliver them to us. It was horrible working with such inefficient and disrespectful people.
