Moving with them was a tramautic experience.

They claim to be interested in your company, but then outsource the job to really inept moving companies. They added an extra $1,000 with no reason. When one obese woman in a truck arrived (who professed to having never moved anything in her life), 1/4 of my furniture was ruined. I had to physically lift everything off the truck and EVEN BUY A DOLLY. It took me 4 hours to complete. They promised white-glove treatment. Then they destroyed my entire art collection. My late grandmother's artwork, as well as three large framed images and prints. I also received a box containing the things of a stranger (car mats). There has been no monetary compensation and no trace of my artwork being returned. I'm extremely disappointed since they misplaced the most sentimental and significant aspect of my relocation. This has been the worst customer experience of my life, and I'm considering legal action for larceny. This firm is a disgrace! DO NOT WORK WITH THEM!

Awful service

I scheduled a relocation just to learn that I would not be moving. Inform them a few days after booking. They've been bothering me ever since. Calling me a liar and refusing to issue my refund. Why do they need to contact me every day and yell at me when I'm not moving? Just give me my credit. What a farce.

Awful service

I am completely dissatisfied with Countrywide Van Lines. Despite swiftly completing all of the relevant documents, scanning them back to CVL, providing a deposit - completing all of the essential processes - the support never arrived on the day of the move. When I contacted CVL, the representative stated that there was "a situation" and that she could send help out two to three hours later. We had the elevator scheduled at a specific time because I was moving out of a high-rise. Because CVL did not show up to assist, we had to complete the relocation all by ourselves that day and did not get on the road until much later.

It was nice

I was looking for a moving firm to move my home from New York to Florida, and after obtaining various bids, I opted for The arrival was no different; I received a call the day before, and everything was unloaded at my new house the next day. I've already referred two pals. Thank you very much, Countrywide Van Lines. I was anxious because this was my first very major move, but everything went smoothly thanks to Kim, who made everything so simple, and the excellent team that arrived on the day of the move. I had a lot more boxes than I expected, plus a few items I completely forgot about, so my pricing rose slightly, but everything was packed and loaded professionally. The arrival was no different; I received a call the day before, and everything was unloaded at my new house the next day. I've already referred two pals. Thank you very much, Countrywide Van Lines.

Move from California to Arizona

They arrived in a very small truck and only took what could fit, which caused a long delay in the delivery of the rest of my things. Horrible. Customer service was uninformed and didn't help me at all. This is a very frustrating and discouraging experience.

Theft of household goods

We are sure that the movers stole a lot of our children's toys. They didn't even add them to inventory and now the company refuses to pay us compensation. This company should better choose the movers they hire.

Terrible Customer Service

I needed to speak to them about the moving company they sent me and the woman who answered me on the phone was rude and surprisingly unprofessional. This company is a nightmare.

Items damaged so much

This is a totally irresponsible company. They sent half of my things to my new address and half to the wrong address, even when I put labels with my address on all the boxes. I can not believe it! The few things that were delivered to me were damaged and broken, and customer service did not help me at all. Stay away from this company, run away!

Poor experience

They damaged all my large furniture. The damages were over $ 2000 and I didn't get a penny for them. Customer service always had an unacceptable attitude.

Employees steal your stuff. Do not trust them.

They stole many personal documents from me and my children. All of them very important and difficult to recover. They excused themselves by saying that the box was not in my inventory.
