Countrywide Van Lines
It's been 4 MONTHS since they collected my things and I still have no idea where they are. They do not give me any accurate information, and they do not intend to give me compensation for this terrible situation in which they put me trough.
Tried to cancel was told they are going through bankruptcy
Just one day after I scheduled the move, I called them to cancel it for personal reasons. When I thought that everything was said, they called me to tell me (in a very rude way) that the company went bankrupt and that now they could not return my deposit.
WARNING! Do NOT do business with All Pro Moving Group
Countrywide Van Lines quoted my move at $ 3000. I knew that everything would go wrong when the day of the pickup, a truck from another company arrived. They asked me for an extra $ 3000 and since I needed to move quickly, I paid them. Customer service said they would contact me to resolve the overcharge, and it's been 2 months and they never called me.

They make up any lie just so they can charge you more. In my case, they told me that the truck could not arrive on time because it had caught fire and that now I had to pay them a thousand more dollars. Crazy. I'm going to fight to get every back penny.
Scammers
This company is a scam, in fact, they changed their name a few months ago. 5 months ago they took my things and I'm still waiting for them. They left me without money and without belongings.
They did not show up, they don't want to refund $1044 Dow payment
At the last minute, they changed the pickup date and gave me no reasonable explanation. This made things very complicated for me. On the day of the rescheduled date, they did not appear either! Unacceptable. They don't want to refund my deposit and are extremely rude on the phone.

Scam Artists
They deliberately underestimate the space your things will take up, and when the carrier arrives, the price of your move changes drastically. They also lie to you about how long it will take for your things to arrive. They are dishonest. When I canceled the move, they never refunded my deposit.
Never using this company again
They don't have their own moving team, they just transfer you to another company and leave you alone. The carrier overcharged me for every breath they took. When I called Countrywide Van Lines they didn't even know when my things would arrive. They work unprofessionally, everything is very disorganized.
Move from MI to CA
They hired a terrible company for my move. I am so sorry that I hired these people. My things were late and they were all broken and battered. When I called to file a claim, no one wanted to help me.

Crooks
I canceled my move in advance, but they kept insisting that I use their services. It seemed strange to me. Then I found out that they never processed my cancellation and they made up that they came to pick up my things and that I didn't show up. Liars! I am struggling to get my deposit back.
