Lack of equiptment
They don't communicate with you at all. For a long time, I did not know where my things were. They are a disorganized company with horrible customer service.
Overall pricing
They quoted us a low price and when the movers came they doubled the price, even though there are less than three rooms and we were the ones packing everything. I do not recommend them at all, they only care about your money.
from Edgewater to North Bergen
WORST COMPANY EVER
They are only professionals at lying! They are irresponsible people who damaged the floor of my home and wanted to blame us. When I complained they were rude and left without completing the job. It was a horrible experience.
Worst Experience !
They are just brokers with dishonest and fraudulent business practices. They charged me a lot more money when I no longer had any other option but pay. I still don't know where my things are, and the sales guy who booked us disconnected his phone.
From NJ to NC
They quoted me $ 2,790 for my move in and I ended up paying $ 12,000 CASH. They take advantage of the fact that they have your things in their custody and that you need them, and they overcharge you whenever they can. I feel extorted. Stay away from these disrespectful people.
Bad experience!!!!!!
I called them and the quote was very high, so I decided to get rid of a lot of my stuff. Days later, I called them again to get a new quote, we agreed on a much lower price and they scheduled my move. On the day of the pick-up, 2 huge trucks arrived and a large moving team, apparently they never notified the carriers that we had decreased our inventory. A total lack of responsibility. They don't answer my calls and started adding charges to my credit card without prior notification.
BAD EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!!
After they have your things, the extra commissions start. They overcharge for everything. Customer service is a joke, they go weeks without answering the phone. Don't hire them if you don't want to be frustrated and out of money.
Stay away
The delivery of my things is more than 2 weeks late and nobody answers the phone or answers my emails. A total disappointment.
I wanted to like them but they are scam
Don't let them lie to you, they are an unlicensed company (broker) with unethical business practices. Save yourself from many problems.
Moving from Illinois to GA
On the day of the move, another company came to collect our things. The salesgirl who booked us never answered the phone again. They ask you for half the payment in advance and the other half just before downloading your things. Very convenient. On top of all, my things took over 3 weeks to arrive.
Licenses & Certificates:
Companies that transport household goods within New Jersey like Countrywide Van Lines have to register annually with the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. The Bureau of Compliance is the responsible regulatory authority that manages intrastate movers. Movers should be registered with the FMCSA to operate interstate.
