Poor
They did not tell me that they would not be the ones who would actually make my move, and both in the pickup and in the delivery, they overcharged me. I also paid a commission to have my delicate items packed, and they arrived broken and unpackaged. Terrible service from start to finish!
Lies!!
This company is totally dishonest! They hide from you that they don't have their own trucks, then any cheap company will take care of your move. When I realized this I canceled the move and they only returned a small fraction of the deposit.
Nothing done, deposit kept
They only treat you well at the beginning, then they show their true face. They wanted to dramatically increase the price of my move and the person on the phone we spoke to, had a truly unacceptable attitude.
My disaster
They told me they had their own truck and workers and it was a lie. When the company that would actually do our move arrived, they began to fill ourselves with extra charges. More than half of my belongings were seriously damaged when they arrived and the movers left trash scattered everywhere.
Bad Moving Experience
Terrible touch until my stuff was taken up. Price between my initial contract and the driver's set improved by $300. Lack of delivery date communication ... I had to continue calls and left messages. So they "need" another $150 to hire a small truck, and shuttle my stuff because they didn't think the big truck would get out of our parking lot ... although the driver decided that he was COULD reach the car (and there was a lot of space on the satellite), but he didn't want to go back and didn't think there was room for a change!!!!! 2 men had to prepare ... only one to unload, so my husband had to help! Boxes and plastic containers have been broken and shattered. It wasn't the service I wanted to do ... I wouldn't use this business for a drive!
Countrywide Scam Artists
Country Wide is probably the worst company I've ever worked in. After spending almost an hour on the phone with an estimator, I was given a quote to pass through the country room by room, item by item, closet by closet. We explained how my family would pack some of the house and let the rest of the movements do. It didn't matter. Moving day has come and a crew of two shows up to load an 1800 sq / ft home and move it. Everything said and finished, the "estimate" is more than 40% off – and our home is not humiliated. It is reasonable to be off by 10 percent. A disparity of 40% is either unjust or incompetent. It's both for this company. It was clear that the "estimator" was just a salesman who wanted my deposit so I figured I would focus on them the day I was leaving. Classic bait and switch held hostage to your property. The employees who packed and forwarded our stuff asked us almost every customer to do so. The terror goes on. Once they have your things, somebody's good luck. Someone called me a few weeks later to explain that storage is 40% more expensive than originally estimated/quoted. When I have called to get basic information and to understand my options, all calls are transferred to "Robert," who has not received a single call within three weeks. I finally insisted that a warehouse employee be given a direct number just to see where my property is. I didn't trust this business at this stage to store or handle my belongings for a second. And I planned to deliver to a nearby storage company immediately. I'll have to pay a different company now to move us to our new home, but it's worth never dealing with it again. We pretend to be a family business — I think some families are scam artists. US DOT: ICC MC: 3046359: US DOT:
