BE AWARE.
These folks are unconcerned with their consumers or their dedication. They canceled my move two hours before it was scheduled and put me in purgatory. Very harsh, and the worst in terms of customer service. There are hundreds of honest, hardworking, and less expensive movers for any necessity. Do a quick search, but DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS MOVING COMPANY; they are untrustworthy. I will NEVER, EVER suggest this moving business.

do not hire them!
If it's at all feasible, give it a one-star rating. Do not do business with this firm. They will not adhere to their deadline. They were supposed to pick up on 9/5, but told us the day before that they wouldn't be able to pick up until 9/6, and then told us on 9/6 that they wouldn't be able to deliver until 9/8. They were utterly unrepentant, stating that this is how they conduct business and that it would be our responsibility to hire new movers for the same day.
Scammers
These people are liars and con artists. My father-in-law died two weeks ago, and we hired these people to relocate his belongings from California to Delaware. They were three days late, and when they arrived, they had someone else's belongings in the truck. We were able to get our money back in the end. I implore you not to utilize this firm. I'd give a zero if I could. Definitely a two-thumbs-down rating.
Licenses & Certificates:
Companies that transport household goods like Progressive Van Lines Incorporated have to register annually with the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. The Bureau of Compliance is the responsible regulatory authority that manages intrastate movers. Movers should be registered with the FMCSA to operate interstate.
