They were on time, friendly, hard-working, they didn't even take a lunch break. They disassembled furniture, carefully wrapped and loaded all our nice things, and moved them to our fifth-floor apartment where they unwrapped and assembled it all again and put everything where we wanted it.

Thomas was responsive and easy to work with. The two movers who helped me move into a 2 story house today- Mike and Tony - were timely, efficient, helpful, and easy to be around. I'd hire the company again without hesitation and I recommend them to others looking for high quality, fairly priced household movers.

I've never had a superior involvement in moving and I've moved A LOT! This is a definitive group! Very proficient, definite, cognizant, and have abilities to pack a truck like I have never seen!If you need a calm (decreased pressure) move, I energetically suggest picking this organization.

These Movers took their time to carefully move items into the house and were very thorough with packing and placing items in the new place. They also were very helpful in placing items within different rooms in the house. Competitive pricing plus great service!

Move delayed

Movers were supposed to arrive between 11and 1 p.m. on pick up day, but they didn't arrive until 4 p.m., taking 5 hours to pack up and box up a two-bedroom apartment. The car was also supposed to be picked up, but it has already been delayed twice, about 48 hours later than it was scheduled to be. Perennial has failed to accept responsibility for its services and has been disrespectful in their attempts to resolve the situation.

Good Experience

I couldn't be more satisfied with their hard work and great service. Both locations had tons of stairs to climb and my boxes and furniture were moved without a hitch! The movers were amazing. Didn’t complain at all... I highly recommend them for anyone moving in or around.
