Don't use this company for your move

The packaging, loading, and unloading team and drivers were excellent. While kind, the Perennial Van Lines contact was inept. Throughout the process, she provided inaccurate, incomplete, or incorrect information, such as a low weight estimate (resulting in a higher-than-expected cost), a surprise need for crating on the day of the move (resulting in a higher-than-expected cost), incorrect updates on delivery day, a short-notice delivery cancellation, and so on. When I attempted to address this with Perennial Van Lines management, the contact was unable to understand my concerns and was nasty (cursed at me), condescending, and disinterested in resolving the problem properly.

Unprofessional.

I was in the middle of getting everything set up over the phone and my internet went out so I lost the call. I then received a very inappropriate text message from the company telling me to just move on my own and not waste their time. Seriously? So unprofessional and childish. There are plenty of other companies- choose a different one!

hires courteous, prompt movers and provides excellent communication from the office before to and throughout the relocation They provide daily updates on the location of your belongings as they travel across the nation, which is both informative and comforting. The price was extremely reasonable, and the delivery window was as excellent as or better than their competitors.

Relocating is stressful in and of itself, but Perennial Van Lines takes the cake. There were so many details to consider leading up to the transfer date. I made a lot of revisions to my shipments but was a real trooper through it all. He was completely upfront about all charges and made the process quite simple. On the day of the relocation, three men arrived, and they were really professional and Efficient. They finished everything in three hours. It's wind. My package arrived immediately, and the personnel on the receiving end were equally quick and competent. I am really pleased with the service, and the price is unbeatable! I've recommended Perennial Van Lines to two individuals since then. 

Awful service from this company 

Perennial Van Lines was hired to transfer me from Jacksonville, FL to Glendale, AZ. I was informed that my products will be delivered in 9-14 days, but it has been over 63 days and I still haven't received anything. Each phone call to the company is met with incomprehensible explanations, such as drivers claiming I declined delivery, and so on. I have not been able to contact anyone who has the ability to handle this issue because each phone call requires me to deal with a different person. My initial customer care agent, who sold me on this firm, has essentially washed her hands of the problem, as have others in the organization. I've experienced horrible service in the past and never filed a complaint or left a negative review, but the service and difficulties with this company are "off the charts" bad. I'm sorry I didn't see some of the negative reviews I'm now seeing about this company because I'm now reading about the same issues I'm having.

Thanks to these guys my move was not a nightmare. They are very punctual, efficient, and never made me worry. I recommend them!

Polite and helpful

I highly recommend this company. I have moved many times and these have been the best movers I have worked with. They made my move go smoothly.

The worst company I have ever dealt with

After they have the deposit money, they hire a 3rd party company who asks you for much more money and break half of your things with their negligence. It is a dishonest company and with no professional ethics.

Liars

They didn't tell me they used 3rd party companies and that dates and prices were subject to change. I keep waiting for my things and if I call the company their customer service is useless!

cancellation policy

They don't refund my deposit or answer my calls or emails. I canceled my move and they disappeared with my money.
