Avoid them

This is the worst company in the world. Save yourself the trouble and pay more with another firm. Until you sign the contract, it's all talk. I still haven't received my goods, and it's been a series of problems. The Colorado-based corporation they work with is just as awful. My price increased upon pickup, and I know my items did not double; yeah, I'm sure they were more than I stated, but not double. My original contract was signed in early, and my items were supposed to be picked up and delivered by the end of the month. It's already the end, and my belongings have been picked up but are being stored in a storage trailer at Oasis Moving since they can't get a truck to carry them. Spend the extra money to work with a company that is dependable, honest, and concerned about your satisfaction. I'm going through a divorce and battling cancer, and they promised me that this move would be easy because I needed something to go right. Choosing this dishonest, untrustworthy fraud of a corporation was the worst decision I've ever made... Keep your distance.

DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY. It's a total sham. To begin, their representative  informed us that our package will arrive in a week. For nearly a month, we had not received our household goods. Employees from customer service and dispatch would inform me that the shipment was en route, then turn around and tell me that the truck had broken down or was in the shop. This excuse was really used three times. They would phone and tell me that my shipment was ready to be delivered, then nothing would happen for two or three days. I didn't receive my shipment until I threatened legal action. All of our furniture was completely damaged once it arrived. All of our belongings, including thousands of dollars in jewelry, watches, rings, and other stuff, were stolen. Furniture pieces that contained valuables that we had already packed for shipment were undone, plundered, taken, and re-taped. At this time, the company will not provide me with the carrier information. They claim to be "investigating" the matter, which they are not. They are con artists who have operated under several company names over the years. I would not suggest this company or anyone who works for them to my worst enemy.

Avoid them.

Beware. Their authentic reviews can be seen on BBB.org. I had to relocate from Pennsylvania to Texas. They were incredibly helpful till I handed them money. They stopped receiving calls and began revealing their true colors as soon as they had the money. They refused to provide me with a particular pick-up or delivery date. I had no idea people in the United States could be that disrespectful and unprofessional. When I paid them, they said they didn't accept credit cards, so I paid them with a debit card, like an idiot. I had no idea that you couldn't dispute a debit card payment. I couldn't trust them because they gave me all the signs of terrible service, therefore I declined their services. So, when you ask for a pick-up and delivery date, they may get away with answering, "We'll let you know when we can pick up your items." Really? When do the movers decide on a pick-up date? Is it possible for a firm to do that to its customers?

GETAWAY! This establishment is a sham. They give you a low quotation, then hire another firm to execute the relocation for a greater price and ask you to pay the difference. We were compelled to pay $1,000 more than the quoted amount. Furthermore, they never provided us with an exact ETA and were eventually two weeks late after we paid the deposit. AVOID. STAY. AWAY.

Many items are missing.

I can't believe my belongings are no longer with me!! Who would want them, and why would anyone want them? I thought the firm was dependable, but I was mistaken. Items that have been stolen or vanished can never be replaced. Has anyone attempted to locate them? I doubt it!! Do not utilize this business to complete your homework. Someone should be held liable for our misplaced belongings. I requested them to find the other two families who were on the van at the same time and ask them if my belongings were delivered to them, but I have yet to hear back.

Good experiencie

approximately a week ago, and I couldn't believe how pleased I was with the entire process; they were really professional and quick!! They arrived on schedule and were extremely cautious but efficient with my stuff. I would strongly suggest them to anyone wanting to relocate.

Worst Moving Company EVER!

Lies and more lies. They are brokers. Really bad ones. They doubled the price of our move and the movers were unprofessional, they even started a fight in which they threw several of our things. The customer service was rude and they never informed us where our things were stored. After 3 weeks our things arrived, and the truck driver was very rude, insulted us, and threatened us with a knife stabbing several of our sofas. We had to call the police, and while we were doing it, they left with some of our things still in their truck. THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!

Move from Co to Fl

A very pleasant experience! This company was very communicative and efficient. They packed everything very well and were very careful when loading my things into the truck. They are not the cheapest in the world but they do an excellent job

Dishonest and broke so many things!

They took advantage of the fact that I had to take a flight the next day to take care of my dad with Alzheimer's, and they called me to multiply the price of my move just one day before they went to pick up my things. I had no other option but to accept. I regret it so much. There was not a single thing that they did not break, they even destroyed some for which he had paid extra commissions so that they would take special care with them. It is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. Never call them, they shouldn't even keep operating.

Dishonest and Did not Deliver on Contractual Obligations

They used my things as hostages and extorted me into paying them more money. In the end, I had to pay them just to get my things back (and they had already damaged and broken several of them) and do the move myself. A totally dishonest company, with pretty shady business tactics.
