They never tell you that they are not the ones who will actually make your move. They lie to you saying that they will be with you throughout the entire process and at the first inconvenience you have they disappear. The movers they hired overcharged me and Oasis Moving never tried to help me. My things should have arrived days ago and I'm still waiting for them.
Hardly a Business
The price rises astronomically when the movers arrive, it is totally irresponsible. Communication is pathetic and customer service is rude. I have nothing positive to say about this company.
They are SALESMEN, not Movers, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!
Once you pay the deposit, they don't care what happens to your stuff. They are only brokers, and when the company that will actually make your move arrives, the price will change and the conditions will be different.

You better rent a truck and move by yourself. They raised the price of my move many times over the phone, and when the movers arrived they wanted to raise it even more. I canceled my move and they never returned my $ 1200 deposit. Irresponsible!
Worst moving experience ever!! Warning!!
They stored my things longer than they had told me, they broke many of my valuables, and still they charged me much more than the quoted price. Avoid this company.
EXTORTION - asked for more cash then cancelled
On the day of the move they called me to tell me that if I didn't pay more they wouldn't come to pick up my things. That is extortion! They canceled my move at the last minute, I was lucky to get another company.

The customer service is extremely rude, they disrespected me just for wanting to know where my things were.
Licenses & Certificates:
Companies that transport household goods within Texas like Oasis Moving have to register annually with the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. The Bureau of Compliance is the responsible regulatory authority that manages intrastate movers. Movers should be registered with the FMCSA to operate interstate.
