Move from Louisiana

They gave me a wrong quote, even when I specified all the objects that I had. Movers raised the price of the move a lot, so I had to leave some important stuff. At the time of delivery, they lost several of my things, including some quite expensive. Scammers!

Misleading

They promise that your move won't go up in price, but that's exactly what happens. They tell you that they will take care of your things, and your things arrive damaged and broken, they tell you that customer service will be attentive to any complaint, but when you call they don't mind helping you. Lies and more lies.

Do Not Use This Company!

They lied to me, they assured me that my things would be safe if I paid the insurance and I did. When my things arrived, they had stolen a lot of stuff! They stole a value of approximately $ 3000. Insurance did NOT help me at all, and customer service was completely evasive. It is a terrible company.

Recent move

They don't care if the movers they hire are negligent. They lost many boxes, they broke others, and no one takes responsibility for it. Don't go with this company!

Dining set shipment.

They will transfer your move to another company without notifying you and their insurance only covers a tiny fraction of the value of your damages or lost items. They should not continue in business.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED

They did my quote wrong, they were late to pick up my things, they overcharged me and they never helped me solve any problem. A pathetic service.

Cross country move an unmitigated disaster

They promised my daughter that her things would arrive in a week, and 18 days have passed and we don't even know where they are. Customer service is rude and there were several hidden fees. I would not recommend anyone to use this company.

Service cost: $2265

Move Size: Studio
