The worst company
They are brokers, they don't even have their own truck! The price rises dramatically when the movers arrive. They also ask you for extra money at the time of delivery. They are liars and unprofessional!
Broker, never use
The company that they outsourced for my move was terrible. They destroyed all my things! Many boxes were lost and they just changed their phone number. Run away!!!!

Very conveniently they changed the price of the move on the day of delivery. They lost some of my valuable items, and many boxes were damaged or broken.

Terrible experience
This was one of the worst experiences of my life. They outsourced another company to make our move and disappeared. The movers asked us for much more money saying that there were many boxes, but they did not let us count them or unload some. Extortion. They damaged a lot of my things, it was thousands of dollars in damages! Customer service is a joke, it is a long process to make a claim and in the end, it is useless. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

The sales guy got angry because I told him I had decided to hire another company, and he started sending me very offensive messages with sexual references. It is disappointing that there are people with such little ethics.

Do not move with New Way Moving Services!
They assured me that if I paid an extra fee my things would arrive earlier. They lied to me, my things did not arrive on the scheduled date and they never answered the phone again. When my things finally arrived, many items were damaged or lost, and I only received a pathetic little compensation.
Very bad experience
They lied to me saying that my things would arrive in 3 days. After closing the business I found out that the delivery could take more than ten days. They should have been honest from the start. I'm disappointed.

Scam Alert
Once you pay them the deposit, you are lost. When the movers arrive, you pay double the estimate or they just leave and the company keeps your deposit. Besides, they treat your things very badly and do not care if they damaged them. Scammers!
RUN! Do not use this company
At first, they assure you that their services will be excellent and that they will always be attentive to you. Its a lie! They sent some inexperienced movers with red eyes who asked me for more money than they had quoted me in CASH. When I called customer service, the person on the phone made a totally offensive comment. A nightmare!

The contract means nothing to them. They quoted my move and then they charged me much more than the estimate or they would take my car. Scammers!

Companies that transport household goods within Florida like New Way Moving Services have to register annually with the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. The Bureau of Compliance is the responsible regulatory authority that manages intrastate movers. Movers should be registered with the FMCSA to operate interstate.
