RUN AWAY!
This company is a total mess! They did not comply with the scheduled dates, and after collecting my things, they made me sign a contract that said they were not responsible for any damage. When my things arrived, they were broken, and the boxes were open. In the truck there were objects of many people, they were even going to give me a motorcycle that was not mine. What irresponsibility!

I'm going to do everything in my power to get my money back from these scammers. They caused me thousands of dollars in damages and lost (or stolen) objects and I was never able to contact anyone from the company, they simply disappeared. Their way of doing business is shady, dishonest, and disorganized.

Run away from this company! They have many complaints and I assure you that dealing with them is terrible. They overcharge you, they don't follow the contract, customer service is awful and unprofessional. I would never use this company again, EVER!

Missing belongings
They lost and damaged many of my things, including some that had huge sentimental value to me, irreplaceable things. Customer services is useless, I don't know if I'll see my belongings again. These people are bad and doing business with them is a nightmare.

Terrible company
I paid them a lot of money to bring me my things and they never arrived. I called them for months and they couldn't even come up with a good excuse. Horrible company, horrible staff, horrible experience.
New Way Moving Services
At first, they are experts at telling you exactly what you want to hear. Once they go to collect your things, they are very unprofessional. They used my things as hostages to ask me for more money. The worst company in the world!

Moving Company Complete Disaster
They did a horrendous job! They overcharged me, they rescheduled the delivery date multiple times, they lost many of my items and the boxes arrived battered ... Never trust them!
Don't Use this Company
They completely damaged my motorcycle! Other of my valuable things were also delivered to me broken. They are disorganized movers and their customer service is a joke.

Companies that transport household goods within Florida like New Way Moving Services have to register annually with the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. The Bureau of Compliance is the responsible regulatory authority that manages intrastate movers. Movers should be registered with the FMCSA to operate interstate.
