They assure you that the whole process will be smooth and that they will always be there for you during the move. Is a lie. They told me my things would arrive in a week, 20 days have passed and they don't even answer the phone. They are the worst moving company I know!
Terrible Customer Service
The company I booked with transferred my move to another company, and my experience was a nightmare! The two companies lied to me from start to finish, they wasted a lot of time and in the end, they didn't even move my things. A disastrous service.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!
The move ended up costing much more than what I had been quoted. The movers were unprofessional and very messy, they destroyed several of my belongings and still dared to ask me for cigarettes. Three months ago I made a claim about some broken appliances and still have not received any response.

They took forever to deliver my things, and when they finally arrived, all my furniture was broken and many of the boxes were missing. Customer service never wanted to hear my complaints, and they refused to pay me compensation. It was a nightmare!

Warning, bait and switch scam from hell
They stole my deposit! When the movers arrived they wanted to triple the price of my move, so I asked for my deposit back and they refused. Terrible experience.

They outsourced to a disreputable company to move my things. It's been a month since they took my things and customer service keeps lying about when they will arrive. Everything they say is a lie, be careful.

UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY - A SCAM!
They have rescheduled our move date more than 4 times! Customer service never answers, it's useless. I think I was scammed.

Companies that transport household goods within Florida like New Way Moving Services have to register annually with the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. The Bureau of Compliance is the responsible regulatory authority that manages intrastate movers. Movers should be registered with the FMCSA to operate interstate.
