STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Just as others have stated, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Will give you the runaround. Will give you a quote and double it later on. Customer service completely sucks and does not communicate. Says they will give you weight tickets, so you can get reimbursed by the military and then turn around and say “Oh we can’t produce those.” Completely unprofessional, money hungry and need to be stopped. Stay away, and do not use this company.

Such an affordable moving company

Moving companies are just so ridiculously priced these days. However, there is Moving apt which are not expensive at all. This company really wants to provide quality services to the middle class people. They have vans that work just fine. They employ men who are experienced enough. They charge you pretty low but really give you a great service. They took such good care of me and all my stuff when I hired them. I am forever grateful to Moving apt.

5 star service

I was very impressed with the customer service of Moving Apt. They called me back in just ten minutes with an amazingly low quote. The movers arrived on time and packed up my 3-bed apartment in just 2 hours. I saw boxes flying out of my place after just 10 minutes! The movers were just so professional and efficient. The delivery was made the next day. I checked the inventory and nothing was missing. One of my tables had some scratches on it but I suspect those were there from before. The movers did an excellent job and I commend them for it. This company really provides premium services on a budget.

Good service

I looked into a few different moving firms and read through all of the reviews. Because of their care for the consumer, I am happy I choose Moving APT. Kim at the office gave me a quote, and we agreed on the specifications. I was quite busy before to the relocation; their office staff and movers made it so much easier! Excellent service!

Two thumbs up!

This was by far my best moving experience ever! The guys were very professional at all times. They took time to wrap my furniture, organize boxes, label the boxes and also managed to fit everything onto their truck nicely. I would like to thank their sales rep and my moving team for making a very stressful and difficult situation into a great moving experience! Two thumbs up and you know the rest. THANKS GUYS!

Use this mover and thank me later

I highly urge people to use Moving Apt. I’m sure you will be thanking me later. They are so talented, efficient and dedicated. I had no problems with them, not even a little bit. They arrived 5 minutes early and rang the bell. They took a quick look at the inventory and planned immediately how to do it. Then 3 hours later everything was packed and ready to go. The delivery was made on time and guess what? Nothing was damaged, no hidden fees and no surprises. They are the best I tell you!

Fast service

Moving Apt provided a fast and efficient service. My wife and I needed to move because I got transferred and was looking for a good moving company. My brother recommended them because they did a good job with his move. So without any delay, I called them and spoke with their manager. He was nice to speak with and he gave us a reasonable offer. We booked them on the spot and waited for the date to arrive. They called 2 days before the move to check and ask if anything has changed or not. On moving day, 3 men packed our apartment like a machine. They completed the task in just 3 hours and delivered our belongings on time. Everything was in order and the price never changed. They are a fast and efficient moving company indeed!

My saving grace

The customer service team was super responsive and helped me to reschedule my move for two days later. Shockingly, my items took up less space than what they had estimated. My sales representative quoted me 900 cubic feet, which is actually 850 cubic feet after loading! They told me it was going to be about 10 days for delivery when booking. I received it this morning! I could not recommend Moving Apt enough!! I guess it was a blessing that my original movers cancelled on me last minute.

They are truly good

They are truly good. One of our friends recommended them. We were just as happy with our experience as they were. We will probably have to relocate again in a few years for my husband's job. I know that we will only use this moving company again. They were fast, courteous, very helpful and all of our items arrived without any damage. My husband and I highly recommend Moving apt.

Hassle free move

I had a huge house to move and I knew it was going to be a little bit of a hassle for any moving company I hired. I chose Moving Apt based on many positive reviews. They did such an amazing job and they were wonderful all around. I greatly appreciate their help and I wish them all the luck in the world! I will always recommend this company to everyone. By the way, the pricing was the best and there were no hidden fees.
