Massive Failure

They are liars and unprofessional. They charged me much more money than they quoted me at the beginning, and although they promised me that my things would arrive in 1 week, yesterday they told me that now it would take 15 or more to arrive.

Will definitely use them again!

I don't know what I would have done without their help. They packed my things very well, and they helped me reassemble them after unloading them from the truck. They are very experienced movers.

This company gave me a much better price than the others and the service was excellent. I was always able to contact them easily and the movers were very professionals.

Horrible long-distance move

They sell you a bag of lies. First, the movers arrived hours late in a truck of the wrong size. Second, they charged me more money on several occasions, they seemed to be more focused on asking for more money than on doing their job well. And third, my things arrived many days after the scheduled delivery date. Do yourself a favor and don't hire them.

They promised to outsource legitimate and trustworthy companies but that's not true! The first moving company that came to my house wanted to charge me thousands of extra dollars. I did not accept so they sent another company for my things. When they delivered them to me they were all broken into pieces!

Good movers

They were punctual and efficient, they always answered my questions and were very efficient when moving my things. Call them for your move!

Way more expensive than they quote you and terrible customer service

They gave me a low price just to make me sign the contract, then they raised it ridiculously. I was never able to contact anyone, it was the most frustrating move of my life.

Not a moving company

They are brokers. I had to pay them hundreds of extra dollars on the move day because the inventory of my things was wrong. Customer service does not meet what it promises, and they hardly ever respond to messages. Once they have your deposit, they no longer care about you.
