They will not let you down

My brother told us about them because he used them for his move. They came out and did the same exact thing at our home, we have a ton of valuables and they aren't cheap. I mean, seriously they really ARE NOT cheap. If something were to go wrong with my brother then we would've never used them. But they were great for him and great for us. They are a dependable company that won't let you down. Moving apt is worth every single penny according to us!

Very nice

I called them only a couple of days prior to leaving my old apartment. They agreed to work for me and sent three strong guys with a talented foreman who knew his responsibilities. He always communicates with me. The workers were especially trained in wrapping and packing delicate objects. They did a fine job. I am highly impressed with Moving Apt.

Well done

I’m not that type of a person who comments a lot. But this time I had to because they took so much extra care with my move. They packed and wrapped everything. They even placed cushions on top of any breakable items. They moved and carried it carefully so that it doesn’t bump any walls. They did a hell of a job! Thanks a lot Moving Apt.

It was a dreadful experience.

The receptionist or coordinator is exceedingly unpleasant and disrespectful. We don't know where our items are right now, and we're not sure when we'll get them. It's been 14 days, and we're still staying in a hotel, hoping to receive our stuff soon. This company is not legitimate and is a rip-off. Never, ever use these services!

Fabulous!

These guys were FABULOUS! We had such an easy move with them. Professional, cheery, fun and efficient! I got an estimate the same day I called and it was accurate. They packed us up very quickly and efficiently. Everything was very smooth. I could not possibly ask for more. I am really impressed with Moving Apt.

Stay away!!

I only gave this firm one star because there are no negative stars available. BEWARE!! BUYER BEWARE!! APT only accepts cash or money orders, which should have been my first warning sign. I was in a dilemma when I scheduled with them and was relieved to be on their calendar. I received a phone quotation that was comparable to other providers who were unable to fit my time schedule. The movers arrived with a lengthy contract and 45 minutes of back-and-forth (2nd red flag). The final fee was double what was stated over the phone. The original quote was $2,600. The final cost is $5,104. To be fair, when I spoke with them on the phone, I had neglected to bring a tiny side table. $2,414 seems like a reasonable price for an extra side table, right? WRONG...nothing about this firm is fair. They are a shady, opportunistic, unscrupulous, and corrupt company.

Friendly and professional

We were very amazed and happy with the service. The operatives were friendly, professional and very efficient. The guys were great, very friendly and very hard working. They were courteous, polite, good humored and extremely efficient. Nothing was too much trouble and they could not help enough. They have excellent value for money. I would use this company again. My move was completely stressed free. Thanks to everyone at Moving Apt.

They were terrific

We moved in last month and my wife and I are still talking about the great experience. They could not park in the front of the building because it was a narrow one-way street. The crew was exceptional; they took better care of our belongings than we had ever done. They even laid down pads to protect the hardwood floors at the new place. Considering the extra time the packing and loading took, we gladly paid them what they asked. Our only regret, we wished we could have tipped them but we forgot.

Dread Move - Should be a 0 star move.

DO NOT USE Moving APT UNTIL YOU READ THE FINE PRINT IN THE CONTRACT, WHICH SAYS THEY HAVE UP TO 12 DAYS AFTER YOUR SCHEDULED DELIVERY DATE TO COLLECT YOUR ITEMS!! They shipped my belongings from Los Angeles to Seattle instead of my new residence in Omaha!! the Manager has terrible communication skills. I'm sure he hates returning phone calls since it's either no news or terrible news! I anticipated some sort of recompense once my items were ultimately delivered 10 days late. Nope, nothing but "you're glad you have your things now, aren't you?" Who in their right mind would treat their consumers in this manner? How are they going to stay in business? They must be looked into!!

People who are really nasty

Customer service is atrocious! She hung up on me, which was really unprofessional and unpleasant, to say the least. Avoid this company at all costs. They lied to make a transaction, and then they claim it would take 10 days or more to receive the items they assist you to move!! and will not refund your money if you do not receive a service. Not only was I disconnected, but no one has returned my call. They're fraudsters!
