SCAM THIS US A BRIKER NOT A MOVER.
First, this company poses as a moving company but they are not. They are a broker. They take a fee for this after lying to get your business. Second their quotes are way off. I listed everything moving from DC to Ma and even measured each box and pieces of furniture. They actual movers showed up and said I had about 29% more cubic feet. Find a real mover. I am now Hopi g the load gets delivered. No date yet and it’s been about 10 days.
Broker NOT A MOVER.
This company will scam you. First, they pose as a mover but are a broker. The company who they brokered it to estimated the cu feet at an additional 20% than the woman Vanessa who provided the quote. I provided ACTUAL MEASURED BOX SIZES. IN Addition to the boxes there was a 3 cushion couch, a queen bed, a shelf which I sent photos of and a desk and a few other misc items all listed. How could it be so far off. When I tried to call to ask questions their phone says it is not taking calls. I am waiting to hear from the movers they gave the order to on a delivery date. Hoping there are no more surprises. The $2300 quote has now cost about 3200. I’ll be placing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Wish I could give them zero stars and I wish I had gone with any one of the less expensive companies.
Scammers are astute. Don't fall for the ruse!
This company poses as movers and asks you questions about your belongings in order to calculate the cost of your move. Later calls will bill that estimate as their "broker fee," and they will just call a genuine moving company to perform the same thing. As a result, you end up paying twice for your move! And all they've done is pick up the phone and call someone you might have worked with directly. They will give a good first impression and have procedures in place to appear legitimate, but once they have part of your money and your signature, they will no longer reply to your queries.
It was a dreadful experience.
The receptionist or coordinator is impolite and unprofessional. We don't know where our items are right now, and we're not sure when we'll get them. It's been 14 days, and we're still staying in a hotel, hoping to receive our stuff soon. This company is not legitimate and is a rip-off. Never, ever use these services!
from CA to CA
Awful service
The worst moving experience I've ever had. Arrived at 8:30 p.m. on the scheduled arrival time of 4 a.m. They failed to deliver an item and are refusing to replace it. This will set me back $800.00. Use these scumbags at your own risk, they are a scam company, your cash is gonna be in the worst hands ever.
It was a disaster
This firm just relocated my belongings from California to Texas. Communication was abysmal. They dispatched movers who did not have the necessary paperwork to enter the base, so more workers had to be sent the next day. Then they were expected to be in Texas on a Monday, but they didn't arrive until around noon on Wednesday. When it arrived, there was just one man in his 60s to unload the vehicle. So he hired a boy off the street to assist him in moving all of my belongings into my apartment. Then they put EVERYTHING in one room and left me to put together two beds, one of which is still not put together because the room it is supposed to be in is already full! Okay, that's not such a huge problem, but I was missing almost $700 in merchandise. We were given one fee and then charged double that amount. Okay, but please bring ALL of my belongings here. I can't reach anyone now to find out where my missing stuff is. This firm is NOT RECOMMENDED for any type of transfer or storage.
Terrible
They shattered everything. They claim it isn't their responsibility and refuse to pay for any of it, and now they won't contact me back. I need to find out who owns the property or hire a lawyer.

Worst service
Horrible experience; definitely choose a reputable firm. They are quick to steal your money, yet they are ghosts. Late. I'm running late, they make you think that they are the best option and give you a quote and then they increase your amount on the pick-up.
My move
I only gave this firm one star since there are no negative stars available. BEWARE!! BUYER BEWARE!! Mid Atlantic Van Lines Inc. only accepts cash or money orders, which should have been my first warning sign. I was in a dilemma when I planned with them and was relieved to be on their calendar. I received a phone quotation that was comparable to other providers who were unable to fit my time schedule. The movers arrived with a long contract and 45 minutes of back-and-forth (2nd red flag). The final fee was twice what was stated over the phone. The original quote was $2,600. The final cost is $5,104. To be fair, when I spoke with them on the phone, I had neglected to bring a tiny side table. $2,414 sounds like a reasonable amount for an extra side table, right? WRONG...nothing about this firm is fair. They are shady, opportunistic, unscrupulous, and corrupt corporations. Keep your distance!!
