They are scammers!!

They were incredibly polite and helpful when I originally hired them. But I haven't heard from them since they were paid and hauled off my stuff. I'm calling police enforcement, and I'm going to track down the firm associated with the phone numbers they used to contact me. Please do not do business with this firm! I assumed it was a legitimate firm because I discovered it on this website.

THIEVES.

Their workers will accept your money for a deposit, then tell you "you never made a deposit," even if you have a COPY OF THE CHECK. They're RUDE and useless, and I've already wasted hundreds of dollars because a manager "won't allow me to talk to accounting" to guarantee the check went to them. Also, there is a minimum move cost that they will not disclose to you. WHAT A FRAUD! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

Unethical business.

I signed an agreement with this moving business and paid a deposit. They phoned me on the day of the relocation to tell me they couldn't do it. After then, I couldn't get in touch with anyone at the firm. I still can't do it. They have my deposit but have not responded in any manner. This firm should not be used. They are neither trustworthy nor ethical. I was quite disappointed. Very, very bad.

Poor service

The prices are fair, but, due to lack of coordination and the overall poor organization generated a long distance move where integral products were lost in the warehouse and the distribution was arranged last minute, on a weekday, at the advantage of the company.

Mid Atlantic Van Lines

I recently relocated from Baltimore MD to Nashville TN. Generally, I am very pleased with the service provided by this moving company. The price is a little higher than the quote, but it's not going over the budget. The workers are professionals. It was the first time I've moved a long distance in the US, but Frank responded all my questions before I moved. On my moving day, three people came to my apartment early in the morning and packed all nice and fast. I just got my stuff today, and it's all in perfect shape. I suggest using Mid Atlantic Van Lines to help you move around.

Don't hire

I am a veteran military man of more than 24 years of traveling around the world. This company offered me a cost, and when the truck arrived, I was told that my move would be $2,000 more. The movers took the whole day to pack my things on the truck, and they had to come back the next day to get the things they had left because they said they didn't have enough space. I packed the boxes on my own.

Really suggested

I use these guys to switch me from MD to FL, and everything was really efficient from the first call. Any complaint or question I've had, they kindly clarify and direct me to throw. Moving to another state isn't really easy, but this company has made it so much smoother!

Five star company

I just wanted to take a moment to tell you about my fantastic moving experience with mid-Atlantic. The team arrived at pickup time on Friday as scheduled. The crew had my items loaded within two hours. Isral, Hector, and Gilbert did a caring job of meeting any remaining packing needs. I moved from DC to Syracuse, NY, and got the delivery the next day. There was nothing, no injury, no issues. If you're on a long distance move, I recommend paying an expedite fee for 2 days of service. It's worth it, because you get the delivery faster. Again, my thanks go to the team and Vanessa, who was quick and efficient to work with. Rating: 5 stars in all.
