Nightmare - Do not use this company

They charged me more cubic feet than what my things actually occupied. You can't imagine the number of objects that arrived broken or damaged, and I only received $ 82 for the damage caused. It was a horrible experience.

A Nightmare.

The quote is useless as they raise the price many times. They broke many things when packing, and many others when they were unloading them from the truck. They lost two boxes containing many of our valuable things. It was a horrible experience! I paid them to screw everything up.

Their entire team was very kind to us. They were very helpful and did their job with dedication. I really appreciate their services!

Scam artists! Deceptive and Horrible business practice.

They force you to do a positive review of your company just before starting the move-in process, a perfect scam tactic! They broke and stole many of my things. It was a dreadful experience.

Nothing as promised

They raised the price of my quote several times and when the movers appeared, they told me to give them a good tip or they wouldn't take my things. They were very rude. On the day of delivery, I noticed that many of my items were broken or damaged. I called customer service and they assured me that I would receive compensation for the damage caused. IT NEVER HAPPENED.

The customer service of this company was quite good, and the movers were fast and efficient. It would have been a perfect move but some of my things were delivered broken or damaged.

I have no complaints about this company! They did an excellent job of packing, carefully loading my things onto the truck, and when they delivered them to me they were also very careful not to damage anything. I highly recommend them!

Stll waiting for our stuff...

They told me that my things would take between 12 and 15 days to be delivered, and today it is more than a month since they picked them up and I am still waiting for my belongings. When I call customer service for information they are very rude and tell me they cannot guarantee a delivery date. Do not hire them, they will only cause you headaches.

Move from CA to FL

It was very frustrating to work with this company. They changed delivery dates over and over and asked for extra money whenever they could.

Amazing Service

When I comment that this crew was amazing would be saying less than I could. Upon arrival, I honestly thought there were too few members. They were experts, someone that was not at their level would have been just in their way. They had a plan in place. Efficient, professional, and polite. I wished I could have them unpacking me too. Too bad this is not a possibility. Referring you to anyone I know.
