From the initial video survey right through to collecting boxes after our move day, Direct Relocation Services LLC was first class. The moving team was brilliant, professional, polite and cheerful and helpful beyond my expectations. They worked so hard and nothing was too much trouble for them.

The crew called and showed up early on moving day, which is always great! The move was so efficient and smooth. The team crushed it. They were methodical and yet moved at a good pace. We moved thirty miles, and they wasted no time during the commute. This is my sixth move in ten years. I've had movers that took forever to travel (they charge 2X). Surely recommended!!

The crew packed, loaded, unloaded and unpacked my stuff carefully in less than 4 hours. Stress-free experience and will hire them again next time I need to move.

Amazing mover!

Very skilled and smooth moving process - they showed up early with an extra guy and got everything done in less than 2.5 hours. I was very grateful that they were cautious and that nothing was damaged. I would use this company again. I highly recommended to all !!!!

Mike was fantastic! So professional and thorough. The speed at which they packed our house and then a few days later unpacked the truck was excellent (and it was over 90 degrees outside!) Very grateful for their partnership and support. I highly recommended !!!!

Edward and Harbaugh were amazing. I’ve moved a lot but have never had such kind and helpful movers. They couldn’t have been more accommodating. I feel so lucky that Maxwell and Mike were the teams to deliver our stuff. Please make sure they know how much we appreciate them. They are top-notch!

Best ever movers

Bruce and Gray did an excellent job with our move. They were fast, professional and very careful with our things. We were very impressed. Jimmy and Chung were also very helpful and professional. We were impressed with how organized they were. The process was very easy. We recommend the moving and administrative teams with enthusiasm!

Fantastic service and care

Could not be happier. Guys showed up early, we're extremely professional and careful with my belongings. They're super fast too! I blinked and all my boxes were on the truck. They even disassembled and reassembled my furniture. Couldn't have asked for a better experience, moving is stressful enough the last thing I want to have to do is worry about the movers themselves and they were amazing. Made the whole process easy. Highly recommend them.

Smooth move

They provided me with an incredible moving experience, and they are the movers that everyone should hire. Direct Relocation Services' amazing organization impressed my mother. She appreciated the fact that her cabinets were packaged in boxes before being carried into the truck in a proper manner. Everything arrived safely and on time, and I can assure you that my mother hasn't been happier in a long time.

These guys are a breeze to collaborate with. They contacted me ahead of time to make sure I was ready and well prepared. Arrived on time and began packing everything. They did an excellent job of packing. Extra sheets should be used for fragile goods. They worked with considerable vigor. Because the elevator was damaged, they had to make the entire move via stairs. It was challenging, but they succeeded.
