Long-distance relocation.

The packaging and picking up were both excellent. The storage prior to travel was adequate. The delivery service was abysmal. It was completed later than expected and with inadequate resources to perform a competent job, I think that they could make a better job .

Moving across state lines is not advised.

I had three tables to move as well as a mattress/box. The TV table arrived damaged, the study table screws were missing, and I had to throw both of these tables away. My dining table leg was also broken, and it was the heaviest (1200$, casa Blanka furniture) and most expensive object in my possession. They hire another business to relocate your belongings from ATL to the rest of the country and fail to adequately train them. Worst service I've ever had. I filed a claim that took years to process, and they only gave me $200 for all of the harm they caused. Lisa, the person who gives you the quote, was always kind to me. Anyway, I DO NOT RECOMMEND hiring Direct Relocation Services LLC to transport your belongings over state lines.

Items that were misplaced or destroyed.

If I had known how bad this company is, I would have relocated us. So much broken and missing stuff. Several thousand dollars in unaccounted-for goods. It's a disgrace that this is what they do. We've relocated numerous times without causing any damage to our belongings. Avoid doing business with this firm!

The poorest company I've ever worked with.

This is the world's most dishonest and unprofessional collection of people. Our relocation was a living nightmare. They lied from day one, tried to change prices and claim items were not on the list, hired a fly-by-night business to deliver my goods, who wrecked half of what we had and were more than a week late. I'd rather have a swarm of monkeys move my belongings than this business. I intend to sue.

STAY AWAY!!

I'm just seeing negative feedback. I wish I had viewed them before hiring this firm. The inexperienced movers shattered my nightstand, scuffed my dresser and walls, cracked the glass in my sectional, cut the cable to the lights on my sectional, and scuffed my dresser and walls. I was offered 117.00 dollars by the complaints department. The broken leg on the nightstand cost more than what was offered. GET Off!!!

Extremely happy

I cannot be more satisfied with the services of this company. Their entire team is professional and efficient, they were friendly with me and very careful with my things. They are amazing!

Missing totes

They are very irresponsible because they lost 3 bags containing important things from my parents. If another user of this company gets my bags, please contact me!

USE ANYONE ELSE IN THE WORLD BUT PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

It was a nightmare from start to finish. They collected my things at midnight because they were late and charged much more than the estimated price. They didn't answer my messages or calls after that, and when they delivered my things, more than 10 boxes containing expensive things were missing!

Mixed results

Although they lie to you at the beginning about the space that your things will occupy so that later they can charge you more, the team of movers did a very good job, and the communication in general with all the staff was excellent. They had their pros and cons.
