Worst Company Ever
My move was supposed to cost $ 2800 and I ended up paying $ 6000 because they use third-party companies without notifying you. They did not meet the pickup date or the delivery date. Many of my items were lost, and I have been waiting for compensation for more than 5 months now.
RUN!!! Do not use this company !!
They are irresponsible. They told me that I could pay with my credit card, and when the movers showed up they increased the price of my quote and demanded the payment in cash. They take advantage of you because they know you need to move. They damaged a new closet and other items, and when I called the company no one took responsibility for it. It was a terrible experience.
WORST Company ever
They lied to me with the quote just to get me and charged me a ton more when the movers showed up. Customer service was rude and inefficient. The movers broke several of my things and I had to pay for the damage they caused to the apartment. Stay away from them! Run!

The move went according to the plan. The movers arrived on time and were efficient with their work, there was no damage or anything to worry about. I am very satisfied with their services!

Worst Choice Ever - DO NOT TRUST THEM
They breach the delivery time, they do not answer calls or emails, and they do not accept any responsibility for any problems you have with your move. My things arrived broken, in pieces, I was charged more than the quote I was originally given, and the movers were unprofessional and rude. The worst move experience I ever had.
Terrible Customer care
They hire a 3rd party company for your move and they don't tell you who they are. When the movers finished loading my things on the truck, they rudely asked for a tip but I didn't have any more money so they wanted to break my things! To avoid damage, I tipped them, I regret it. Many of my things arrived damaged anyway, even my expensive television broke and stopped working. I was scammed.

Stay away from them! They will only triple the estimated price of your move and if you don't pay it, they keep your deposit.
Horrible experience
Everything they say over the phone is a lie, and the guy who sells you the service disappears after you pay the deposit. They promised me that my things would arrive quickly and I'm still here waiting for them sitting on the floor of an empty room.

Companies that transport household goods like AAA Moving Group have to register annually with the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. The Bureau of Compliance is the responsible regulatory authority that manages intrastate movers. Movers should be registered with the FMCSA to operate interstate.
