HORRIBLE experience
They did a horrendous job, everything was bad. My things were mistreated when they were being loaded into the truck, and when they arrived they were broken, and an important electric guitar was lost. Nobody cared. I contacted customer service multiple times and didn't even get an apology.
Trying to silence me
They just made me waste my time and a lot of money. I had to speak with many legal institutions until I was able to recover a tiny fraction of what it cost me to have hired this unethical company.

NEVER EVER HIRE THIS COMPANY FOR MOVING
They were 3 days late for the pickup and after loading my things in their truck they asked for almost $ 1500 because "my things weighed more than expected." After you pay the deposit it is impossible to contact someone from the company, so you are trapped. When my things arrived, 3 large televisions were broken, and many other things were damaged. There was broken glass and scratched and dirty furniture everywhere.
NEVER EVER HIRE THIS COMPANY FOR MOVING
After they have your deposit it is impossible to contact them. It is a waste of time and money to hire this company because their services are terrible.
Terrible Company
The whole experience with this company has been a nightmare. After paying the deposit it has been a total challenge to be able to contact them. A few days ago, they picked up my things, and they called me 4 times to ask for more money. When the movers arrived on the delivery day, they only brought half of my things, and most of them were broken or battered! I have had to pay for a hotel for my family and myself for more than a month, and I still do not receive information about when the rest of my things will be delivered... If they know where they are.

They raised the price a bit from the original quote, but it was still a fair price. They were efficient and punctual, they were experienced movers, and they did a great job.

Missing box
They are brokers. Really bad ones. A box containing a television set and some important diplomas was lost, and when I call, they can't care less. It is a frustrating experience.
Worst moving experience we've ever had.
I paid a lot of money to this company and they sent other unprofessional movers that had nothing to do with them. They came on flip-flops and did a horrendous job. They threw my boxes inside the truck without organization, they packed almost nothing, and what they packed they packed poorly. They charged a lot of shady commissions, and they missed the delivery date for my items.

Companies that transport household goods like AAA Moving Group have to register annually with the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. The Bureau of Compliance is the responsible regulatory authority that manages intrastate movers. Movers should be registered with the FMCSA to operate interstate.
