They were attentive and reliable. The movers did an excellent job as well, it was a big move and I had some damage but nothing too bad. In general, I had a good experience with this company.

DO NOT USE
I move every year, and this was the worst experience I have ever had. They gave me an estimated price that they later inflated with extra charges and ridiculous commissions. They were late for the pickup, and they were late for delivery. Horrible.

They ask you for a lot of money, and then they do not comply with the agreement. My things should have arrived three days ago, and I still haven't heard anything from the company. They don't answer my calls or emails, they have totally useless customer service. I hope my things arrive soon...
Great service
It was an excellent experience! The entire move only took a week, and my things arrived in perfect condition.
NEVER USE!!!
This company has no respect for your belongings. On the day of pick-up, they arrived in the wrong truck, and they charged me more to call another. My $ 32,000 battery was in that truck. When they delivered my things I saw that my battery was ruined. When we opened the boxes, we realized that other of our things were also damaged or broken. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Bait and switch, damaged goods
My move was supposed to cost around $9000, but when the movers arrived they told me the actual price would be over $13000. When my things arrived, many of the boxes were completely crushed, we had over $2000 in damages. The company reimbursed us $ 60. Fraud.
Awful movers
Stay away from this company at all costs! They were late with the delivery and damaged a lot of my stuff. Some boxes were lost too.

Companies that transport household goods within Texas like US Movers Inc have to register annually with the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. The Bureau of Compliance is the responsible regulatory authority that manages intrastate movers. Movers should be registered with the FMCSA to operate interstate.
