Hangry people Broker

Don't hire these people; they promised us it would be a three-day, three-thousand-dollar move, but it turned out to be a 6,000-dollar relocation, and they have no idea where our stuff is. Using this firm was the worst mistake I've ever made. They purchase their fictitious five-star evaluations.

It is only an agency, not a moving business.

You should not hire this moving business. It is not a BBB-accredited business. It has a number of complaints. Please pick a BBB-accredited moving company, even if their initial estimate is exorbitant. This firm is only an agent, and the actual relocation is handled by another company, which will cost you at least three to four times their quote. They appear and inform you that your furniture is larger than we predicted. Don't be fooled by this company's Google reviews, which show one person awarding it 5 stars many times. If someone is truly pleased with their move with the firm, they will just evaluate it once, not six or seven times.

Still waiting

They make promises they can't meet and delegate the actual relocation to whichever moving company best suits their requirements. Mine was supposed to arrive in 1-10 business days, however, it took 22 days. I couldn't sleep since I didn't have a bed. They shattered at least ten objects that are no longer recoverable. You should save your money and move.

Scammers!!

Worst experience I've ever had. Use this firm at your own risk!! They received the deposit, and then the lies began. Supposed to pick up between Tuesday on Saturday, no show, no call, then after several attempts to reach them, we finally got to phone back very sorry, the truck had issues, then guaranteed to pick up Tuesday. I stated that I needed to leave here Wednesday early and that I needed to be picked up. She promised Tuesday. Monday afternoon, I called to double-check, and everything was OK. You guessed it. No call, no truck on Tuesday! I waited 25 minutes on the service line before indicating the truck was running 3 hours late but will be there in 30 minutes.

CA TO AR

The worst is United Van Lines!  my representative, lied about everything, and the corporation will cheat, lie, and take your money. United Van Lines is not even a moving firm; they are a third-party agency that employs low-cost movers. Many of my belongings were either stolen or ruined, and Gold Standard and the moving firm would uphold the contract and compensate me for thousands of dollars in losses. In my perspective, United Van Lines is a criminal enterprise! Never, ever use them!

HORRIBLE FIRST CHECK REVIEWS

I arranged for a relocation with them to be delivered on the day I arrived in our new state. Move from Illinois to Colorado. I also paid. We discover out after we move that our belongings would not be delivered for another three weeks, and they demand additional money to acquire them immediately. They've been contacted, but they couldn't care less and won't do anything to help. Awful company with even worse leadership. Be cautious and read reviews.

Salespeople that are arrogant!

I called to obtain a quotation, and they were trying to get me to put down a non-refundable initial payment. I mentioned that I wanted to hear back on other offers first, and they hung up on me! We will not do business with them since they are unprofessional and overbearing.

Everything is a lie

Let me begin by saying that this move was an utter disaster throughout, and when they "outsourced" the shipment of my things to another moving company, all I received were excuses and the blame game for every difficulty that emerged. My belongings were picked up on August 24th, and I was informed they will be delivered on September 1st. It didn't come until the 19th of Oct. I didn't expect to be without any of my belongings for over three weeks, and they kept promising me it was on its way. Everything is a lie. I had to pay a large sum of money to REBUY fundamental daily requirements and was not rewarded in any way. They stated that they "technically" had 21 days AFTER my specified date to deliver the things, despite the fact that this was not mentioned once in my quotation or in any previous contact. Don't believe the salesperson, he lied to me and never returned my calls, messages, or emails. Don't use this company if you don't want to be unhappy for a month. Also, the THIRD firm that delivered my items (outsourced to another via the intermediary company) broke a wheel on a chair, rendering it worthless.
