Fine service.

I relocated a one-bedroom apartment from Ohio to Arizona. The estimate was approximately 50 percent of other moving firms. A two-day window has been set aside for pick-up. The coordinator contacted me 48 hours prior and provided me with the driver's phone number. On the day of pick-up, the driver also contacted me. The crew arrived on time and was courteous. During the walk-through, they concluded that the price would be somewhat more than the estimate (150$), which was OK with me because I had not listed some goods. The delivery was completed on time and without incident.

My move

I won't recommend this moving business at all. It took us a month to get our belongings. When we tried to contact the customer service, no one would respond or return our phone calls when the messages were left asking where our furniture was. When we finally got our furniture, we got the parts broken. Not a satisfied customer.

Great service

I wouldn't write this review if it weren't for the extraordinary superior service we received from United Nation van lines moving from PA to TX. Their packing and loading abilities are really a thing of the past and they managed to clear a 4-bedroom home in a day. No injury, nothing destroyed. I highly recommend them.

Totally disappointed

This company seemed really good at the start, the movers who picked up my things were awesome but when it was shipped a lot of my things was missing and a lot of delicate crystal was lost, the price at the beginning was different from the end price of a thousand dollar difference, I'm not trying to be super pessimistic, but this company needs to do better. I'm really disgusted with the price I paid and the service I got, I'm never going to use it again.
