My move
This firm is awful. I have yet to get my items, despite the fact that it has been 10 days. They then proceed to lie to you and refuse to provide you with any information about your belongings, and they are incredibly unprofessional. This is the worst business I've ever worked with. DO NOT APPLY THEM. You will never know what is going on since they will not tell you anything. You can only contact customer support and dispatch does not communicate with them about anything. Save your money and don't give it to this disorganized, rude, deceitful, scam of a company. My belongings were picked up a day early since they were in the neighborhood and didn't want to do it on the agreed-upon day. I've now gone without kitchenware, a bed, a dresser, and the majority of my wardrobe for days on end, with no idea when everything will arrive. Nothing regarding the time frame was given to me over the phone; it was GUARANTEED to be here, but it is not. Anyone who has used them long-distance and had a positive experience is fortunate since this is a HOT MESS.
this is a shady organization.
Please avoid using this moving company. You will be deeply sad. I recently saw a train accident involving my sister's move. If you use this firm, insurance companies will not cover your property. There will be no refunds and no talks. Once they get your deposit, the firm staff will treat you poorly, hang up on you, and charge you for items you were unaware of. Seriously.

Lowest Moving Company I've Ever Used!
Stay cautious of these folks; everything they tell you about their firm is a lie. When it comes to attempting to reach them when your move goes catastrophically wrong, they are extremely overpriced and provide horrible customer service. Movers are inexperienced; I had a lot of damage and a price that was twice as much as I was quoted.

Nothing went right.
Showed up late, they promised 9 am and showed at 3 pm unprepared with not enough boxes and lots of excuses. Refused to do the full job due to time and curfew. Broke and damaged things and walls. Double billed me and have not been able to correct for 30 days. They Promised everything and doubled my stress with no delivery. I was up till 2 am doing what they would not.

Avoid them
I couldn't be more dissatisfied with my moving experience. I did not shop around and instead paid a premium to this firm. When I booked the move, I was assured that my items would be taken care of and that my floors and walls would be safeguarded. I now have filthy flooring, furniture scrapes, and dented door frames. The firm has assured me that the damage would be fixed, however, there are some components that cannot be rectified. This firm should not be used. Look somewhere else!
Goods that are damaged
First, they never informed us that they were going to transfer our belongings from one vehicle to another. During that process, they damage numerous objects, one of which cannot be repaired. They also took some of our belongings that could not be replaced. They badly messed up when they transferred our belongings from one vehicle to another. I was dissatisfied and would not suggest it for long-distance travel.
Stay Away!
United Nation Van Lines in Jacksonville FL is the most unprofessional moving company I've ever worked with. It is a bait and switch approach that has upped my price three times, broken a marble top table and a huge glass top table, and has yet to be resolved. I'd give them a one-star rating if I could. This was the most traumatic moving experience I've ever experienced. GETAWAY!
Unsuccessful Job.
I am the customer's daughter, and this has been a Dreadful experience. As stated in earlier evaluations, they underbid and then overcharge. Ours cost $4,000 more, and we're still waiting for a delivery date!!! No one can give us a specific date, so we're all in the dark. Shame on you, and I will put reviews everywhere warning people not to use you!!!!
Scammers!
They accept your money and send normal people to your house in a Penske truck. Everything you are told when you join up is a lie. If there is a God, then these NMS fraudsters will be rewarded. To entice you, they purposefully underestimate the cu ft area you would want based on the size of your home. You're doomed if you commit to them and pay with a credit card. When the professional movers arrive, they will offer you the final cost of the relocation. My 11.5k move grew to a whopping 23k move. NMS was duped out of 6.4k. Avoid them at all costs. In fact, avoid all brokers, especially while moving. Their salespeople, on the other hand, are used vehicle dealers and his associates continually lied to me. Nothing he ever said to her was ever truthful.
Their projections are untrustworthy.
We booked an easy transfer of our unit, which was projected to be 400 cubic feet. When the movers arrived, they claimed to have double the cubic feet to move. We phoned the customer support line, but they were unhelpful, siding with the driver. They couldn't explain how their estimation was so wrong. I would not use them again.
