Efficient move

I spoke with the representative over the phone, and he was absolutely wonderful and extremely helpful in taking all of my inventory and providing me with an actual price that I was more than delighted with. The movers were kind and efficient. They were courteous and considerate of my residence. Overall, I was pleased with how I was treated. I have told everyone of my family and friends about United Movers.

Your moving business should not be used.

These boys are a well-oiled moving machine. They took fantastic care of my belongings and did not destroy anything. Also, if you want to save some money, watch their interactions and wrap your own belongings with your own moving blankets and packing supplies. The more you do it, the more time and money you will save. They are reasonably priced, and you will not be inconvenienced by the relocation. When you're relocating, peace of mind is important!

Less than 1 star

They rescheduled the pick-up date 4 times. Irresponsible. When they finally showed up, they tried to double the price of my move. I refused to pay, and after hours of trying to contact customer service, I finally canceled the move. They did not want to return the deposit. I will take legal action against these criminals.

Bait and Switch

When the truck arrived, they asked me for much more money than agreed. After many futile conversations on the phone with customer service, I canceled my move. I lost my deposit of $ 1300. A disgusting experience.

Last minute move

I had to move in a hurry for work purposes. They made my move ultra-fast, a little hard to reach on the phone but I've been told that's normal in moving companies

Unpunctual, irresponsible and liars! The positive reviews they have are completely false.

A complete joke

My move went from $ 4,500 to $ 13,000 without any justification. The movers they sent didn't even know what company they were working for. A total disorganization.

Lying thiefs

They transferred our move to a terrible company! They were always late and didn't take care of our things at all. The delivery was weeks late and I never received any compensation for all the problems they caused me or for all the things that they broke. Terrible service!
