* *STAY AWAY!!**
They skyrocketed my price THREE TIMES. The office staff is rude and inefficient, they even ignore your calls and messages. RUN AWAY FROM THEM!
Charlatans
Professional scammers! Extra charges everywhere, belongings destroyed, zero communication, lost furniture, and many other terrible things. They never try to help you even a little bit, they don't mind giving you good service, they just take your money and disappear.
Worst Company
They give you a cheap price and when the movers arrive and load your things onto the truck, they ask you for much more money! After you sign the contract, the person who sold you the service never answers the phone again. It was a very bad experience.
Do not use this company
They overcharge you, the customer service is horrible, they never answer calls ... Stay away!
I had a nice experience
I am very grateful to this company! They are experts and they care about their clients. The movers treated us like family and were very careful with our things.
United Movers Group - HORRIBLE
They transfer your move to another shoddy company right after you sign the contract. The people who actually made my move were terrible, they charged me for things they didn't even do and broke several of my valuable antiques. Neither company was held responsible for anything. It was a horrible experience!
Licenses & Certificates:
Companies that transport household goods within Florida like United Movers Group have to register annually with the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. The Bureau of Compliance is the responsible regulatory authority that manages intrastate movers. Movers should be registered with the FMCSA to operate interstate.
