This company does absolutely nothing other than call an actual moving company and take your money. I had a very unfortunate experience with this company, and the moving company they hired. There was so much damage and missing belongings, that I created a lasting trauma. Everything this company does, you can do on your own. Do not use this company.
from Austin to Mentor
Don't Use Trinity
I hired Trinity Relocation Group to handle my move, and they NEVER told me they were hiring a third party, Jackson Movers. I didn't know this until the movers arrived to do the inventory the day before my move. They seemed friendly, but after packing my items, they asked for money under the table, which I told them twice I didn't have. Then, big shock, they couldn't take my credit card payment that I arranged with Trinity. A week later, my items finally arrived. The people who delivered were rude and angry they had to go upstairs, to the point one was counting the number of steps. I told them to put everything in the family room except the furniture and eight storage containers, which I couldn't move, and then took those items upstairs after they finished uploading. By the way, I’m 50 years old, weigh 100 pounds, and have two bad knees. And after all that, they asked for money. I would also like to mention I don’t have that much furniture: a twin bed and mattress, two end tables, a coffee table, a TV stand, four bookcases, and a few smaller items like a table and chairs. Also, in both cases, nothing was put down to protect the floors and carpeting. About a third to half of the boxes were damaged in one way or another. There were several boxes marked heavy on top of boxes marked fragile. One box looked like it was kicked, a wooded stool looked as if it was thrown to the ground, the box with my Christmas tree was on its side, and the shelves on the silver wire rack were off the hinges. It is a shelving unit bought from Home Depot, and again, that damage had to happen from a fall. The pad for my iron board is gone. I’m not sure how, but they bent the legs on my metal bed frame. I paid an additional $250 for my pictures to be packed, and they were just wrapped in moving blankets and put in a wardrobe box with metal table legs and my toolbox resting on top. I have two boxes missing: my 19-inch TV and a small box with my vacuum parts, a board game, candles, and a key rack. I am so disappointed in how I was treated, how my items were treated, and how my neighbors were treated. I vetted Trinity, and if I knew they were going to hire a third party, I would not have used them as I would not have hired Jackson Movers. They have a horrible reputation. I paid a total of $4976.30 to Trinity / Jackson Movers, and they only gave me a $75 refund.
Zero Stars
This company is the worst. First, DO NOT trust any verbal assertions on move time from the person signing you up OR the "Customer Care Team." I was told by four people 14 days, though the contract says 30. There is no communication whatsoever from Trinity after you are signed up and your stuff is gone. On the 29th day, the movers called and first said they would arrive the next day between 12-4. A few minutes later it was 8:00 a.m. On the 30th day. 8:00 a.m. rolls around, and surprise surprise, no movers. WE contacted them and they said they had broken down in Arkansas, 7 hours away. Then it was 9:00 p.m,, which I acquiesced because I wanted my things. These guys show up at 10:30 on a workday. One mover was at the truck the entire time, so we had one mover in the garage "helping." I think my sister and I moved more stuff than them. Tell me why we paid movers when they didn't assist in the move in? The boxes all arrived up side down, no joke. I am afraid of what is inside. My midcentruy tv console is broken beyond repair, and that thing was wrapped in two moving blankets. DO NOT HIRE
Trinity Relocation
Under no circumstance should you use this service. They mid-represent themselves as the moving company, whereas, they are just a broker. The Trinity customer service rep when asked why these additional charges were assessed said “ above my pay grade.

Good communication
Everyone I dealt with at Trinity Relocation Group was an excellent communicator. From their call center agents to their manager and delivery employees. This helped to quickly clarify the situation when I had some questions, and they described everything they were doing with my belongings. They were very prompt in notifying me of their status as they relocated my items. Trinity Relocation Group moved all of my belongings in a high-quality relocation.
Upset
I've moved large distances multiple times and have never been more disappointed. Trinity never stated to be a broker, and I ended up interacting with three other firms during the process. The cost has more than doubled since the initial estimate. This was a terrible experience.
Good service
This company provided me with a fantastic moving experience. The movers were kind and efficient, and I could always reach the moving supervisor, who was quick to reply to my questions and concerns. The entire staff was extremely focused and energetic. We were only able to complete the transfer because of their hard work, commitment, and determination. Thank you so much!
from Jamestown to Orlando
Poor in every area
William Andrews, Jamestown SC #B5119590 10/22/2021 Contacted Trinity moving and storage as one of many companies to move us from South Carolina to the Orlando area in Florida. Dylan Boyle was the sales agent and offered me a great price after my veterans discount. The total estimate was $5,260.84. After send my deposit of $1821.33 the total cost would have been $3,439.51. I called to reduce the items needed to be shipped (Washer, Dryer, two work benches, metal cabinet, 2 ladders, metal shelving, garden tools, shop vac and 2 weed eaters.) The list was updated by Bruce Richards the senior estimator but the price did not change. I called again to find out how much I would need at pick up and was told $1,761.72. This would bring the total estimate to $1,677.79. When the Truck arrived (not Trinity but a company called Star USA Moving LCC I was handed a bill for $3,100. Driver said half now and half when delivered. That would have me pay at delivery another $3,100. That would bring the total price to $8,021.33. I tried calling and emailing Trinity to get an explanation but as of this review Ive heard nothing from them. I tried leaving a message after hours but the voice mailbox was full. Totally disappointed in this companies customer service and mis quote. I expected to pay a little over the estimate but not $2760.49 over the estimate. I would not recommend this company to anyone and I hope you read this before you choose them. I wish I had researched this company better than I did.
Professional and prompt
We could not have been more pleased with the support we got from the Trinity Relocation Company. The team arrived on time and was courteous all along, as well as possessing a sense of humor. All testing has been performed to a very high level. They were also very efficient-I was surprised how easily we were packed up and moved to the new building. Moving is really stressful, but these guys have made it so quick, and I thank them for that. We had outstanding service and would highly suggest Trinity Relocation Group to any potential customer.
