The Most Valuable Items Had Gone Missing.
I was guaranteed two things: (1) at least 24 hours' notice of delivery; and (2) no cash payment was asked for anything. Months later, the mover contacted to say he'd be there in two to three hours and demanded cash payment. I flatly refused. Following a major delay, the mover contacted again with two hours' notice, urging that I take delivery that day and pay a $300 "redelivery" fee. The company then informed me that I would be given ample notice and would not be charged a "redelivery fee." The following time the mover called, he gave me three hours' warning and demanded that I pay the redelivery and storage expenses in cash. I still haven't received my items, despite the fact that it's been almost a year.

Dreadful company
Do not use this firm. It is a shambles. They dispatched a vehicle with a padlock on the main rear entrance but neglected to bring the key. They were unable to utilize the lift-gate (and main truck door) as a result of their utter irresponsibility, and they ruined numerous items of furniture. When I try to contact them, they are unhelpful and refuse to accept responsibility. Please contact me through private message if you had a similar experience since I will most likely have to settle this in court and would like to make this a class action. There was once a piece of furniture that they opted not to transport at all and refuse to deduct it from my charge - pure scam. Do not deal with them - they are not worth your time!
Worst mover I've ever hire
WORST MOVE EVER, if I had paid a low budget move, I could get it, but this movie was over $8000, I packed all the boxes myself and made sure all items that were fragile were marked that way in big bold letters, on the day of the move the contract estimate doubled after being loaded, in theory, my household goods size should have doubled then, but it did not, the size increased but it sure as hell did not double, upon arrival of my stuff in West Virginia the boxes marked fragile had, Needless to say, there was a lot of broken things, and other items didn't make it at all, and we have no idea where they went. I emailed and left voice messages but received no answers. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE if you want to receive your items in any condition that is useable and undamaged. IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS, I WOULD GIVE YOU MORE NEGATIVE STARS.
Bad service, bad business
I chose this business because they stated they had a truck leaving for Arkansas the same week they picked up my belongings. When I phoned the hired moving firm for an anticipated delivery date, he laughed and asked, "You're not relocating to Miami, are you?" The pick-up date was a mounth ago. They lied to me about the vehicle traveling to Arkansas that week. I've phoned several times and each time I receive the same story. Why did Tiger Movers Inc. Hire a transportation firm that doesn't appear to operate in the west? I realize that there is a 5-14 business day delivery range, but they clearly misled to obtain my business by informing me that a truck was leaving NJ the week of Aug 5th and heading to Arkansas. Arkansas receives far fewer visitors. I'm not sure when I'll get my items or what condition they'll be in. I was really dissatisfied with the lack of professionalism and openness. Under no circumstances should you use this firm.

Dreadful service.
During the previous week Workers were punctual and friendly, however, they were inexperienced when it came to carrying furniture. They wasted almost 70 minutes attempting to carry one piece of furniture, got lost on their way to the delivery destination, and, worst of all, damaged the walls of the move-out site. He was nasty and full of nonsense, and he believed he wasn't to blame for the damage. I had to dispute with him about how long it took them to move those few pieces of furniture. I ended up hauling a large portion of the things on my own truck!! I was not about to pay for 8 hours of work!! It had been a nightmare. I don't suggest this firm; it appears to be a hit-or-miss scenario. Just spend a few additional dollars and you'll get true professionals. Just a few extra dollars and you'll get true professionals. Every time I try to help my people, I fail miserably.
I'd go with a different firm.
I'm not usually one to post reviews, but the glowing praise for this firm makes me suspicious. My things landed in New York with Extraordinary wear. All of the boxes were smashed, one-third of the moving blankets "covering" my furniture had holes from wear during transit, and I discovered several broken objects in boxes, I've moved across the country twice and know what a toll it takes on your belongings. This, on the other hand, was far too much. Furthermore, the movers did not adopt social distance, removed their masks, or wash their hands. One was complaining to a friend about how he wasn't feeling well after giving birth.

Long Haul Move
I have used this company twice and they always do an amazing job. The movers are fast and efficient
Beware! Fraudulent moving company
They are a company without a license. They stole many of our things and broke others, they even tried to glue a table that they ruined. The stress they cause you is not worth the few pennies you save. A total fraud.
Worst experience of my life
They did nothing right. They came before the scheduled date and without prior notification. They mistreated all my things, they threw my boxes, they did not pay attention to the fact that there were delicate objects. They were very late on the day of delivery and all my boxes arrived in bad condition. Terrible service.
Deposit Scam
They gave me a low price just to caught me, then they doubled it. I canceled the move and have been waiting for the refund of my deposit for 3 MONTHS. Scammers
