Interstate move

This company is a scam. They give you a low price and then outsource cheap and bad companies for your move. Movers rob you and extort you. If I could give them negative stars I would.

Lost and broken items

They broke a lot of our expensive items and told us that it would take 3 months or more to give us compensation. How irresponsible!

Moving Was Awful

They broke my televisions and damaged all my furniture, and even so, they charged me a lot more than the price they quoted me. Unprofessional.

Be Aware

The movers arrived without any tools or supplies to make my move. They even asked me for bubble wrap and they still doubled the price of my move when they finished loading my things into the truck. They only accepted cash or checks. Customer service is irresponsible too. Stay away from this company!

Worst experience ever!!!!!

They tripled the price of my move right after loading my things on the truck, they lost valuable irrecoverable family photographs. The customer service is horrendous and the whole process is disorganized and unprofessional.

Horrible experience

They have a very dishonest way of doing business. First they give you a very low quote, and then when the movers arrive they double or triple the price of your move. You have to pay them or lose your deposit (which is usually half of the estimate). They put you between a rock and a hard place. Fraud.

Snow Storm

My move was successful even though there was a snow storm. They charged me more money for some things that I had forgotten to include in the inventory, but after several calls they gave me a fair price. The guys who did the delivery also did a good job.

Deposit not refunded

When I called to get my quote, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Shortly after paying the deposit, I called them to cancel the move due to the death of a relative, when I demanded a refund of my deposit, they told me that they would contact me soon. They never did. They never returned my deposit. They didn't even care that I was having a hard time and needed the money. Terrible company.

DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Almost $ 4000 was stolen from my retired sister. They made their quote and then they simply changed the price without any justification. I should have known they were a scam when they told me they only accept cash payments.

Service cost: $7261

Move Size: 2 Bedroom Home
