I wish I can give them negative starts!!!

They intentionally underestimate the price of your move. Then when you call them to claim, they cut off all kinds of communication. I sued them.

This company has no empathy, they do not even respect old people. My 81-year-old aunt hired them and then they called her at the last minute to double the price of her move. My aunt told them that she could not pay them that amount, and they canceled their move without returning the money from the deposit. Stay away from them!

DO NOT, make the same mistake I made!

At the time of the pickup, they charged me a lot of extra money for some items that they did not even deliver to me. The truck driver was rude and the customer service totally unhelpful. They broke my television and lost my furniture. They don't care about providing good service, just taking as much money from you as they can.

DO NOT hire them!!!

After they subcontracted to another company for our move, the movers overcharged us $ 700. They were late to pick up our things, they stored them poorly and when they arrived, the boxes were wet and broken, and many items had been lost. Communication with them becomes impossible once they already have your deposit money. It was a terrible experience for me!

Slow and no response to anything

They hide from you that they will outsource another company for your move. After you give them the deposit, you never hear from them again. It has been almost a month since my things were picked up and they are still not able to give me information about the delivery date.

They broke my refrigerator, my wardrobe, my lamps, some tables, among other things. They also damaged my new floors and still doubled the price of my move-in! After many complaints, I was offered a compensation of $ 123. I'm definitely going to sue them.

Road Runner Moving Service is the worst! They overcharged me and broke A LOT of my belongings, they only agreed to reimburse me about $70, and after filling out the reimbursement form, they never paid me. Stay away from this "company".

Absolutely Pathetic and unprofessional business

Unprofessional! They showed up to collect my things without even a dolly. They mistreated my things a lot by trying to load them onto their rental truck without any type of equipment, which WAS INCLUDED at the time of giving us our quote. They broke my closet and my television. Upon delivery, they charged me more cash, threw my things, and left.

Service cost: $1300

They lost my expensive bike and after many complaints, they returned it to me totally destroyed. They lie to you about the price and delivery dates, and the employees are inefficient and rude. I am suing this company, they will have to take responsibility for what they did!
