They are FRAUDS & the WORST moving company!
They promised me that my move would only take one day, so I packed even my babies' diapers, a few hours later, they called to tell me that they no longer knew when they could deliver my things. My kids don't have any of their stuff now! They also overcharged me, and although they initially told me that my move would cost about $ 1200, I ended up paying more than $ 2000. A terrible experience, I do not recommend this negligent company to anyone.

They overcharge you, their customer service is rude, and they don't meet scheduled dates. I am sure that all the positive reviews that this company has are false.
Most dishonest company I have ever interacted with
The dishonesty with which this company does business is disappointing. They called me at the last minute to change the pickup date, then when they finally came to get my things, they changed the quoted price right after they finished loading my belongings in their truck, how convenient! My things took a long time to arrive, and many of them arrived broken. Their insurance is useless and customer service is pathetic.
Stole My SS Card, Birth Certificate and Car Title
They stole my things, broke my furniture, and packed everything very badly, even my expensive belongings. It is a terrible company!
Bait and Switch Scam
The sales guy assured me that there would be no extra charges on my move day. Wow, there were! When the movers arrived, they looked at my things for 5 seconds, and without measuring anything, they told me that seemed to be more cubic feet than they thought and they had to charge me more. What a lack of professionalism, I would never use this company again.
Great move
They were very professional, efficient, and took great care of my things.
Long Distance Move
They are unprofessional. My move went from $ 1,400 to $ 2,800 with no real justification. When the truck arrived, there was only one person moving our things. We had to help him so it didn't take forever. Dishonest and disorganized.
Most Dishonest Company EVER
Bait and switch. They made my quote based on the inventory I gave them, and although I sold several of my things before the movers came, they still charged me double the estimate. Customer service was nil. Fraud.
Move went horrible
They have changed the delivery date of my things several times. The sales guy who initially spoke to me never answered the phone again. I just hope to see my things again.
I wish I would have done my research
For this company, a contract does not mean anything. The movers were late and many of my things were lost. The process to file a claim was long and ultimately useless. They are an unethical company.

The Bureau of Compliance is the responsible regulatory authority that manages intrastate movers. Movers should be registered with the FMCSA to operate interstate.
