Best experience
I recently moved from Texas to Ilinois, and I hired Pink Van Lines to handle my relocation. I was very impressed by their professionalism, efficiency, and affordability. They gave me a fair and accurate estimate for the whole move. They also packed, loaded, and unloaded my belongings with care and speed. They arrived on time at both locations and kept me updated throughout the process. They made my move stress-free and easy. I would highly recommend Pink Van Lines to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy moving company.
Can I give Negative Stars?!?
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! You have been warned. Do not hire this company. I hired them to move a 3 br 2 bath house from TX to OK. I paid them for packing and moving 2- 26 ft trucks. I paid them $13k. From the start dealing with this company and their movers was a nightmare. They came to pack my stuff throwing half of it in boxes with no respect of my property. They did not keep an inventory list nor did they mark the box. They came to rush a 1371 sq foot move. They needed to get to the warehouse to drop off our property so they could do another move with the truck. They left without finishing what they were paid for. They were quick enough to ask for tips and ran out without me making sure was done properly. They took truck 1 back and unloaded it at the warehouse then used it to do the other job. A week later they brought our property to OK where we moved. They brought truck 1 at 9pm and were delivering until 2:40 am. They dropped the truck into my garage telling me that anything that I needed moved into the house the movers from truck 2 would move it. I took that at face value. There was some heavy things needing moved. I hired a moving company because neither myself or my disabled Veteran partner do the heavy lifting. Truck 2 came at 1pm the next day. This gave me less than 12 hours to sleep, eat and try to clear as many boxes out and examine my stuff. They dropped the stuff and was here til 9 pm. They refused to move anything that was dropped off in truck one because "Once it is out of the truck we can not touch it. It is no longer our responsibility." I put up a little stink and they spoke to the owner/boss "Jack" who gave them permission to move the stuff from the garage into my house. During this time one of the movers said to me "And we expect more than $20 tips this time." ( I tipped 5 men $20 each when they loaded the truck.) Things showed up broke. I had an 80 lb rose quartz that was whole when it left Texas and showed up in 4 pieces. Glass tables, clocks, dresser legs and an antique dresser, glasses, crystal ware and glassware from my partners time over seas all came broke. There were 3- 70 lb steralite containers with brand new containers of cleaning and laundry products. My mops and steam cleaners never showed either. We had to pay to replace missing cleaning, wipes, kitchen and laundry soaps costing us over $1000 already. I contacted the BBB they never contacted me nor BBB back. I asked for an inventory list and my email had been blocked. I contacted their insurance company to file a claim. I have tried to contact them several times. That site also looks questionable. I do not think I will see anything back for the costs of things we have to replace. Dealing with this company was the most stress of all life changing situations I have been through in almost 50 years of life. Once again, do not deal with this company unless you enjoy your prized possession broke or missing and being ghosted. This company is a nightmare.
from Pomona to Yorba Linda
Scammers!!!
Please do not trust and hire this company!!! They are scammers!!! Please call some one else!!! Quote was clear on price, but when movers showed up. They started to add extra fees for everything! Just saying it was only estimate. Service is very cheap!
so terrible its life-changing
They say they are not brokers, when in fact they are brokers, which means nobody who handles any of your stuff has ANY accountability to what happens to it. They quote you one price for a service and will change it and the method of payment. Then some guys pick up your things at which point you have to pay again, load your stuff in a truck, then toss it in storage until they have an available truck driver, then they toss your stuff into a truck, and then the truck driver will not unload your stuff at your destination until he gets paid - by you. My belongings went missing for three weeks, and when I finally received them boxes were smashed, furniture was broken, and someone else's stuff was mixed in with mine. These guys are criminals.

8/28/22 STOP!! Don't hire this company pink van lines!! The worst experience of my life.. the initial conversation with Casie Smith was smooth.. but once they picked up your belongings the price change. We scheduled a direct delivery 1-3 days and they showed up after 5 weeks.. we made police report going crazy stressful getting sick and so on.. finally when we got our delivery we are missing so many things we have our furniture that is now broken. Just a mess.. missing tools, beds, clothing, designer purses and much more.. please Haul your own if able.. this is a nightmare.. till this day no calls back..this jack and Steve Jordan are worst in handling business.. they ignored many calls, text sent just horrible.. the biggest mistake I've ever done!! DON'T HIRE THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL BEAT YOURSELF FOR IT IF YOU DO.. Looking for attorney to take care of this matter.
Awful experience
Don't be scammed! These people are not movers. They work as brokers. That means your experience with them will be limited to the firm with whom they pair you. And the moving firm they selected was a disaster on so many levels. Promises that are deceptive. Non-delivery. Communication breakdown. Unreliable delivery dates. Here's how it works. If a good broker utilizes poor movers, your experience will be limited to the movers they use. And in my case, the experience has been abysmal. Before using Pink Van Lines, give it some serious thought.
HORRIFYING! AT LEAST 30% BOXES CRUSHED. FURNITURE & PRECIOUS ITEMS BROKEN!
I don't know where these other reviews are coming from. It was not my experience at all. WHERE TO START. They were supposed to come early in the morning. They showed up around 10:30am. They packed small boxes into wardrobe boxes without our permission then charged us $500 for "materials" that we did not ask for or need in order to "make it right" at the warehouse (aka extortion). It was $3,000 more than we were quoted. Christian LEFT HIS CREW SITING IN OUR DRIVEWAY FOR FOUR HOURS WAITING IN THE TEXAS SUN while he was on another job with the truck. As the other review said, they loaded everything onto a different truck with a different carrier, neither of which were in our contract. There was no word of where our things were for two weeks, then we got less than 24 hours notice that our things would arrive. Once everything was on the truck, the attitude from the rep I had been working with clearly changed to "yeah yeah yeah, we'll get to you." She had previously said they had never had anything broken, or had claims filed against them...Y'ALL. READ ON. When the truck arrived, I'd say about 30% of our boxes were irretrievably damaged and won't hold up moving into our new space. Many things are broken, including an entire set of Wedgewood china (clearly fragile items literally thrown on top of a stack), an expensive chest that was built for my by my grandfather, who is dead. All four feet from that chest are...god knows where. Not in the truck, that's for sure. OH, and that chest had the ashes of a beloved pet, WHICH ARE MISSING. The blatant disregard for us, our belongings, and their work is truly unbelievable. Fragile and light items were crushed under heavy. Furniture ruined. We are filing claims to their insurance, our own insurance, complaining to the better business bureau. DO NOT USE PINK VAN LINES UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Please see attached photos. I've got more receipts.
Amazing
The people who relocated us were extremely competent and talented. They were incredibly careful with our belongings and had all of the necessary tools and boxes for the relocation. Nothing was destroyed during the entire operation. The movers were courteous, hardworking, and cautious. The personnel was friendly, comprehensive, and helpful. I will also recommend them to my friends and relatives.
Happy with my move
When choosing a moving company, it is easy to find mistakes. However, Pink Van Lines was excellent throughout my relocation. They are timely, friendly, and their pricing are reasonable. The moving crew was all really skilled. There were no inconveniences or problems at all. When they brought everything, I was surprised to see that none of my valuables had been damaged. These men have made an incredible effort.
