Excellent Work

It was a fantastic move; there was no damage to our belongings, we were loaded on time, and the packing truck was incredibly quick; I couldn't believe everything fit on one enormous truck. With his crew, a guy named PePe performed an extremely good job loading the truck. A powerful, joyful individual who is also quite accommodating. Only complaint: we expected delivery between 10-11 a.m., but it arrived at 3 p.m., and no one could explain why they didn't show up in the morning. In any case, we were delighted with this organization overall.

We met with Kevin, a Pink Van Lines agent, who was on time, professional, courteous, and charming, and made the whole process go well. I had to phone him a few times between the time we signed the paperwork and the actual move out date to adjust a few things, and he could not have made it any easier for me. The four gentlemen that came to pack and move us were also kind, respectful, nice, and professional. They arrived on time, answered all of my questions, and did everything they could to make the move go as easily as possible. That is why I decided to utilize them once more. I can't say enough good things about them.

My experience was nothing less than fantastic. In the previous two years, I've used Pink Van Lines four times, and each time the service has been excellent. I even recommended them to members of my family who are quite fussy. They had a fantastic time as well. Why do I vouch for them? First and foremost, the customer service is outstanding. Every time I called, the customer service representative was pleasant and accommodating. The actual movers were fantastic; each piece of furniture was treated as though it were their own. I once had to relocate my entire house, with four bedrooms' worth of furnishings. Everything was wrapped, packed, or handled with extraordinary caution. I understand that finding a dependable, trustworthy, and fast moving company may be difficult for some. Pink Van Lines is the company you call when you need to move or relocate.

Working with Pink Van Lines was fantastic after a horrible past moving experience with another company. They came in and truly saved the day, collecting my shipment from the other firm and delivering it to my flat the same day. The office staff was prompt and kind.

Life Savers

We were supposed to relocate out of a high-rise in Dallas and into a house. We had another mover lined up, but they cancelled just days before our relocation. We were fortunate to uncover it early because we believe they were preparing to "no show" on us. Pink Van Lines came through when we needed a moving company that recognized our facility and could relocate us quickly. My hubby and I have relocated quite a bit. This is the first and best moving company we've ever used. Professional, courteous, and punctual. We take great care of our antiques and everything else. Nothing is broken or missing. I can't say enough good things about them!
