Scam moving company
This moving company is a scam the stole my money. I paid a deposit of 3500 to be picked up from main no one showed and they won't answer my calls. this is insane. I made a dot complaint hopefully they will help. They had me pay a wire and they are nowhere to be found.
Damaged stuff
If I could I would give them zero stars. My things arrived days late, and they were broken and damaged. There were pieces of furniture with large holes, broken items, and crushed boxes. This company is a joke.
Save yourself the troubles
Better to do the move yourself than to hire this bag of problems. They give you a cheap quote and then they charge you double or triple. The movers were completely inefficient. I am totally disappointed.

Awful Experience!!!!
This company outsourced a terrible company for our move. They sent a lazy and rude mover, he refused to move heavy things and asked us for more money.
from Dallas to Houston
I canceled their service but they delayed my refund
I canceled my move months in advance and they still didn't want to return my deposit. I had to file a complaint with the BBB and other institutions, even with my bank, until finally, they had to return the deposit. I don't know what would have happened if I had made my move with these dishonest people.
No Thank You
This company's contract has a lot of fine print! Be careful. I told them that I needed my things to arrive on a certain date, and that day they called me to tell me that it would take another week to make the delivery. How irresponsible! Apparently, somewhere in the contract, it says that it can take up to more than a month to make a delivery. I suggest you look for another more honest moving company.
from Phoenix to Tempe
Do not do business with them!
They do not meet the scheduled dates, and if you try to cancel the move it is almost impossible to contact them, and if you succeed, they will not refund the deposit. Runaway from them!
from Richmond to Roanoke
DO NOT USE
I needed to cancel my move and they never answered. After much insistence, I managed to communicate with the manager and he told me that he would try to help me but it was a lie. When I contacted him again he was very rude. I want my deposit back, but they won't even answer my calls!
Move from Missouri to Florida
Just liars. They are brokers, they will not be the ones in charge of moving your things, and when you call them to confirm the pick-up date they increase the price a lot. They promise your things will arrive in a week or so, and then when the week goes by and you call them, they tell you they actually have 35 business days to make the delivery. Unbelievable!
DO NOT USE OPTIMA MOVING COMPANY!!! FALSE PROMISES that will costt you $$$$
This company charges you for shamelessly lying to you. They do NOT deliver ANYTHING they promise. They are brokers and the customer service of the company they outsource is pathetic, they never answer your calls, and if they do they are rude. My things should have arrived weeks ago and I am still waiting for an update on them. Don't use this company, they are more than irresponsible.
