Horrible Experience
Most of the things we had to move ourselves because they were ridiculously late. They are unprofessional! They also damaged several of my things, fortunately, I have photos and I am going to file a claim to get my money back.
Complete SCAM - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
They are liars! After reading all the negative reviews about this company, I decided to cancel my move. They tried to make me change my mind but when they realized they wouldn't make it, they disappeared with my deposit.
SCAM SCAM SCAM
I have moved several times but this has been my worst experience. This company is dishonest. When your things are already in their truck, they double the price they had quoted you on.
Horrible slow service, I would NEVER recommend
Go with a reliable company and save yourself from a headache. I hired them to move my daughter and they stored her things in a warehouse for 2 MONTHS before delivering them. We called the company many times but only received excuses. They are irresponsible people, and customer service is pathetic and useless.

Be sure to check the cost for every item needed.
They charged extra for everything, including the tape they used to close the boxes. I do not recommend them, they omit information on costs.

Efficient Professionals
Excellent service at a fair price. I couldn't be happier with my experience with Optima Moving Company!
