Do a research!!

After using this company for a long distance transfer from California to Washington and dealing with the aftermath, I find it difficult to believe all of the positive reviews on this platform are from actual customers. Even Yelp issued a notice that "too many favorable reviews from the same IP address" were being written, forcing them to remove them. Please save yourself the trouble and avoid using this business. I wish I had followed my instincts, but this was my first experience with a transfer, and it has been a complete nightmare. I've been waiting for my refund since May 11th, and every week they come up with a different reason why it hasn't been sent (system down, owner out for maternity leave, owner out of the country..yeah right). The BBB has already been notified.

Beware of this company

**WARNING**THIEVES** This is not a moving business; they are brokers who referred all of my belongings to a company called "American Eagle Moving LLC." I watched all of my belongings being loaded into a box truck two months ago, and every time I call, I am told that “it is 3 days from delivery.” They have no idea where my belongings are in transit and have no guarantee of telling me when I will receive them. We are currently conducting an investigation into this company. This is the greatest fraud ever perpetrated by a corporation that has the right to operate under our constitution. That was all I owned and cared for that had been taken from me and my family. BE CAREFUL OF NEW FRONTIER VAN LINES.

Great service

I hired New Frontier Van Lines to transport my belongings from California to Illinois, and they offered excellent service from the time they picked up until they delivered everything to my new home. Their customer service was always open, so I was never left in the dark, and everything arrived in perfect condition. The price was a little higher than some of the other companies I contemplated, but this company was well worth the extra money, and I am so glad I chose them. I highly recommend it!
