Horrible !!!
Don't Don't Don't! They are just a broker and lie thru there teeth. This place should be shut down by the BBB! All of our stuff was damaged. Furniture damaged and packing boxes crushed! We were moved by some company called Super Movers. Rudest and Sorriest excuse for a moving company ever! They had our belongings for 3 weeks and we paid over twice of the estimate. Don't even think about it be smart and go else where.
from Houston to Houston
Scam company with new name AmeriSafe
Please don't get into this scam. They changed their name to AmeriSafe due to all the bad reviews nwmoving was getting. They will take your money and then give the contract to a third party. After that you have to deal with the third party and they will not respond to your calls or any request
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
Increased rate by 2300.00 upon arrival, even though they PROMISED that they would honor the original quote. Busted a bedroom door, moving a treadmill. When we reached the destination (took 2 days to drive 8 hours apparently), they refused to move any boxes upstairs. I had to call management to get my bedroom boxes moved up a flight of stairs. Lead mover was as nasty and rude as can be. And LAZY!
Horrible company!
Warning! run as fast as you can!!! Biggest scam artist! Noone answered the phone when I needed to notify them. They are full of xxx t and will rip you off big time. Don't know how they sleep at night. Totally dishonest! Go somewhere else and make sure they don't have a contract you need to sign.
Avoid
They took our money and try to set us up with a non- credited moving service. Had to reach out to them a month to find out who was moving us and that was when were told the movers. When I said I won’t use that one, they found another moving company that who were also non- credited so I refused to sign the Bill of Lading and told them to cancel the move. They kept the $2855 deposit, refuse to refund it against their policy! But the last Bill of Lading was not signed so I should have the right to a refund! Also, in the state of Florida it is against the law for moving companies to ask for money up front but since they are brokers they must get away with it! By the way if I could have given them a rating of O, I would have!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
Is there a class action suit pending. Worst company ever. Had another load on their truck and unable to load all my household items. Do not USE!! Plus funitue was damage. All negative reviews are valid. Email for me for bad review. Please please avoid the disappointment.
Don't do it. Bait and Switch.
The bait and switch. They offer a low estimate and almost double it the day of the move and you are screwed. Original quote 5,5k actual cost 9k If someone would start a class action lawsuit I would happily join. The mover also broke, lost or stole about 3-4k. ]
Horrible experience!
The worst! Total scam and they will rip you off. Got anywhere else. Broken motercycle, broken furniture, extorded for additional money at pick up and delivery. Cops where called at delivery address as an additional $5,000 was requested in cash. Everything packed by the moving company was damaged when it was through into the the truck that made the final delivery. Over $8000.00 in damages and after a very lengthly process, $102 dollars was offered from the insurance. Again, do not use this company or Jackson Movers who they sub the job to.
Worst experience ever
The move I planned with your company was a total disaster. For starters the movers were to arrive on June the 2nd and did not show. After calls to national moving I was told they would not be coming on the 2nd as planned but rather they would arrive at 7am on the 3rd. They did not arrive until approximately 10 am on the 3rd. While the two men that arrived were pleasant they did not speak a word of english. The only way of communicating with them in English was with their boss via their cell phone. This meant that they could not read the bill of lading, they could not read the writing on boxes labeled fragile. They loaded anything and everything they put their hands on into the moving truck without referring to the bill of lading, At the end of the day items that should have been on the truck were not, and they were left for us to deal with by renting a U Hual and towing it ourselves. I was told by national moving that our refrigerator would not be an issue, and that the movers could handle it. They did not. They attempted to disassemble it to get it out of the house only to abandon that effort and shove it through the front door, while raking the outside of the unit making it garbage. Not to mention the damage they did to the floors from dragging furniture across without any protective wrapping. The movers did not have any of the professional supplies one would expect for a big job like this, only two simple household hand trucks and moving blankets. The list of damages is long and I have already filed a claim with no response from the claims people.National Moving Services was not my first choice you simply had the better price, not by much. United Moving was slightly more expensive, so I went with National. When I informed the representative from United that I had gone with National the comment was good luck, they are a broker, not movers. I wish I had listened.
from Carnelian Bay to Long Beach
