Broker who ask for ransom
They are a broker. They will hold your moving hostage: - They will ignore the contract and and ask for ransom; - They didn’t respect the law enforcement I had involved in my moving(I have a report); - The cops and I could only know where my belongs were because I had tracking device; - I also have connections most here don’t; I would not have children or woman near when dealing with them. The sales man is as vile as one can be; very smooth. His name supposed to be Gene, but I doubt. Do not send money to National Vans they are in bed together; Do not send money via Zelle or Give your credit card. Do not send money to Susan Kay. You won’t find the broker after they took your money. I did, but I have ways most don’t. They don’t reply to BBB.
Unskilled folks.
So far, they've only collected my friend's money, and it's been over two months and they still haven't provided a needle and don't answer the phone, despite charging additional money on the day of the move, so they are really fast when of your cash is the issue and they bring you a piece of fake information about your pick updates but that does not happen at all.
from NY to NY
Dreadful company
Worst moving experience I've ever experienced. The movers expedited the delivery since they "don't get paid by the hour." This has been brought up to me several times. Second, because my platform bed would not fit in the elevator, they advised I toss it away (and I would have to dispose of it). It only had to go up one flight of steps! When I begged them to at least attempt, they got it up halfway through the trip and then gave up. It's up to my Father and me to deconstruct it. Despite the fact that it was in the contract, they refused to put it back together. LASTLY, they ran away, with one of the movers opting to relieve himself right in front of my new building unit. A neighbor who took the accompanying photo filed a complaint.
Good moving.
Here seems to be my open and honest account of my experience. My estimator was terrific; we're still texting each other a month later to catch up. The office employees and booking process were excellent. I didn't get my boxes chosen out when I booked it and I thought it was 110.. it turned out to be 191.. they cost me $871.00 to add 81 boxes.. understandable.. driver and crew, extremely nice.. worked hard.. no complaints. Delivery was supposed to take 7-10 days, but it took 16 days. Overall, they are a wonderful company, but when delivery is late, it is quite aggravating. As promised, here is my honest review. Thank you for working so hard for our family.
Employees steal your stuff.
The workers have stolen a large number of personal documents from me and my children and mine. All of them are critical and tough to recover. They justified themselves by claiming that the box was not in my possession and saying that I have had our personal things so I want to say that this company is not competent to take your belongings to your new home!
PLEASE READ DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
They literally destroyed all my belongings. Absolutely everything was broken. They charged me double what they had quoted me, the movers demanded more cash from me, it took a month to deliver my things, and as if that were not enough, all my things were destroyed.
SCAM
They only try to scam you! I called to cancel my deposit and they were totally rude and disrespectful. They are dishonest people
Damaged TV and washing machine
I'm still waiting for a refund for the damaged items. The customer service guys are not answering my calls.
Really a horrific experience. Called the police on them
They quote your move with false estimates to get you, then ridiculously increase the price and disappear. They don't even have a real office!
from Portland to Salem
Mold damage horrible
My things arrived wet and moldy, I had to discard many of them. They have a very shady refund policy and only give you back pennies depending on the weight of your stuff. If an expensive ring is lost, you will only get a few pennies back.
