Stolen ring
I trusted them to make my move, and they delivered my things damaged and even stole my jewelry. I put my jewelry in a bag at the bottom of a box, how could they find it? Don't leave your things in the hands of these thieves.
Beware
They are terrible. They store your things in dirty warehouses without weather protection and they take a long time to deliver them. My furniture arrived stained and damaged. Save yourself money and stay away from them.
If I could give 0 stars I would...
They don't communicate with you and you basically have to guess when your things will be delivered. Avoid this company at all costs!
National Express Moving is horrible
Don't hire them if you need to move on a certain date. They called me to reschedule the move just 2 days before the date they told me they would come to pick up my things.
Every Item Damaged
They have no respect for their customers. All my things arrived dirty, broken, and wet.
Badly damaged by not using blankets
The movers weren't packing my things properly, when I told them, they were rude and they replied that "they knew how to pack". My things obviously arrived broken and damaged, and when I called National Express Moving to complain, they told me to call the movers because they were the ones to blame. When I called the mover company, they told me to call National Express Moving. Total lack of professionalism and responsibility.
Missouri to Fort Worth, Tx
It is the worst moving company. They are unethical and don't care about your needs. I would never hire them again.
Broker company
They accept no responsibility if your things are lost or broken during the moving process. They lost a bag with many of my important belongings and when I complained to the company, they sent me a bag from another person that I did not want to accept, and days later I saw it in a garbage can near my apartment.
Don't use them!!!
They do not tell you that they will subcontract another company for your move, or that they will charge you much more than the quote. Movers insist that you pay with cash after loading your belongings into the truck. The delivery was delayed several days, and my things arrived in a dirty truck, totally broken and damaged. Their insurance is a joke, and they only give you pennies for hundreds of dollars in damages.
I will definitely do business with these guys again
I recommend you call this company to make your move, they offer a very good service and are very friendly. They do everything with caution and professionalism.
